    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team,It’s bn ovr 2 months my 4 nos. wer port out 4m Vi 2 Airtel. By wen cn I expect my security deposit back.Also I hvnt recvd ne confirmation of hw much SD r u holding. Im expecting mini. Rs.2k. Ur prompt respns n resolution wil be highly appreciated.

    @ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting this reply and have done everythng based on diff. instructions from ur diff advisors UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    @ViCustomerCare VI are real thugs... Even after 3 months they say that the complaint is under investigation. Real thugs... And now they have even cancelled everyone's Netflix membership. Time for India to leave VI and join Airtel and Jio. At least you will get what they promise

    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

Many time complain but chorclass service team not solution Aditya dibaclass company thirdclass quality customer service Totally fourthclass customer care team 6 month this problem But chor class vi employee not work

It takes long time to connect to the customer care executive, by luck if connects The response would be "the concern would be resolved by end of the day."

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t need call backs as no one listens, look at my data usages before 8 May and now. I’m not able to use even 500 mb a day in 4GB Plan. Because your network has gone PATHETIC. Ur technician r not doing right job. Sorry to say that but truth, fix it #VI #shame #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I ported in vi prepaid from jio but due to vi store mistake they ported into vi postpaid and promised me to pay 250 rs per month at vi store but now they are charging a 573 rs per month. I have visited store but they are not listening. Need solution.
