They visited my workplace in bandra, took down some phone details, tower strength etc and left. And there was absolutely NO CHANGE in the network strength at all. He just wasted my time hence I stopped raising tickets. Porting is the way to go

Even on outstation trips, my friend’s Jio is the only device that gets good network even when Vodafone has ZERO network! Experienced it on more than 6-8 trips now. #shameful
