    @VodafoneIN I am really Unhappy with the Vodafone Network Services, customer care executives just give fake assurance that network will improve but till date no improvement 👎🏻 from Last 8 Months.

    @VodafoneIN From The Tweets for @VodafoneIN it seems that most of the customers are not happy with Vodafone Services, I have a suggestion @TRAI Please Charge Vodafone India with heavy penalty and fine for not taking and resolving the network problems, despite of many complaints.

    Hi @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Now I'm back to Mumbai but, still facing 4G network issue here. I'm highlighted this issue last year when I was moved in Vodafone, that time your team told me some network tower maintenances going on after that issues will resolve, 1/2

    The least I expect is for a senior person to call me and give me an explanation. Your call centre guys don’t have the minimum level of intellect require to comprehend the issue at hand and solve the recurring issue permanently @VodafoneIN

    But after one month issues same, im followed up with your team to much, after tired with followup i leave and used some other network for internet. But now I'm using Vodafone internet but issues is same. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneIN The Worst Telecom Network Award Goes to Vodafone 👏🏻 @TRAI Should Seek in the Network Connectivity of Vodafone. Since 8 Months I have been waiting for the network issue to be fixed by Vodafone India.

    @VodafoneIN I agree that there is so much of Competition in the telecom market, and I feel You are not able to generate expected revenue that you upgrade your network system, if you cannot handle this competition, kindly shut down your company.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have complained regarding Bad network to VI couple of times. Without resolution they are closing the complaint. Also Postpaid plans are automatically upgraded to higher amount plan without customer concern. Stop this new #ViScam..

    @ViCustomerCare worst indoor internet connection ever shame on you. Its not worth to recharge vi. Not able to use 4g at all now im using 2g (gsm). Improve 4g indoor coverage everytime same problem
