    @VodafoneIN What kind of ****** Tele services you provide. I have tired of calling 198 and 199 to talk to your customer care executive and not one option directs me to the operator. How is one supposed to talk to the executive when required?

    @ViCustomerCare I m very disappointed from last night 11.30 PM because my old sim is deactivated and the new vi sim is not activated yet. Number is 9855810721 The response from your customer care and salesman are very very very careless and disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes with my both the nos tried inserting them into different cell but still the same problem. Unable to make and receive calls however able to send and receive msgs

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Hello Vi Team, I am facing network issues from last one month. I raised complaints several times. But solution is null. Is this the way to treat your customers ? You are advertising that you are best in network but in actual your are very worst at your biz.
