    @ViCustomerCare It's been 2 years, and the problem has not been rectified yet, I guess this will be the longest pending complaint, even after repeated assurances from your team, pls see my complaints above. But still, no Esim for Samsung Watch 5 LTE... @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Either technical team is lying or else support team. on 7th Feb support team told me on the call that they escalate this issue but don't know why they keep on closing the SR and extending the date. Ilis this the way to handle high priority issue

    @ViCustomerCare Such a terrible internet speed ,been fed up of this low speed data ,here at surendranagar ,gujarat . Despite good enough network speed is as low as 10kbps indoor as well as outdoors Since almost last 4 days this irritates me and i regret using vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Your team is good enough to handle this issue. Simply they are telling me to wait till 15th Feb. Dnt know if they are taken this as high priority issue then why they need 5 more days to check ?

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen this worst Network, Raised complain saying Outgoing/Incoming messages are not working. Its been 5 days no change, I guess time to port out. @JioCare Pls let me know the best offers for MNP willing to join with you.

    @ViCustomerCare After numerous complaints and multiple calls to customer care i dont feel any change in service its is still the same , If this problem doesnt gets resolved soon i'll have to switch other network at least that will provide me appropriate internet speed.

    10Feb23 but till now nothing is fine VI company has not given any solution to my problem till now and it has become such a fraud company which is fooling since 10days and don't know how many people are being fooled @ViCustomerCare @ANI Recharged and still not received the benefit
