    @ViCustomerCare This issue is still persistent no response from their managers #vodafoneidea I don't want my connections to be disconnected as today is the last day of payment. It's be 10 days now this is what I mean when I say there don't want customers but only revenue.

    @varsha19 @ViCustomerCare Nothing will happen... They don't have any network team. This is automated reply, without human intervention. They will not say, when we will get 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi., Simply looting our money.

    @ViCustomerCare is nt truly unlimited whnever we call on 1800 or 1860(which usually for banks and health sector) series numbers either it says it is wrong or ask to recharge @JioCare is ur network also ask so ? If u r truly unlimited then tell the simplest 1 day port procedure

    @ViCustomerCare The worst company in india in means of service & customers solutions and they loot customers money in every form or way they can. From last 2 years they are just giving fake promise of solving my problem and they are not giving back my postpaid security amount.

    Hi, @ViCustomerCare there is no network of Vodafone since 4 hours in talegaon and this happens daily. Please provide the solution for this or portability is the only option as this is very frustrating.
