    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I don't know how can you say that problem solve . I am also suffering with same network problem . I am daily using flight mode more then 50 times in a single day only for massage sending . At night this problem on peak level

    @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

Duration: Issue is ongoing since 03-08-2026 4. *Previous Complaints:* I have called customer care several times but got no resolution This is causing a lot of inconvenience in my daily work. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and resolve the network issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Please provide a complete breakup and explanation for these additional charges and clarify why I am being charged ₹862+ when I was promised a ₹399 plan. If this issue is not resolved with a proper explanation, I will have no choice but to port my number to Airtel.
