    @ViCustomerCare There's network outage in our area from today (March, 3rd 6AM) early morning, still(9:31PM) it's not resolved. A day in my work is lost because I trusted VI network. Is there anything you can do and resolve or i need to port to another stable network? @TRAI

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I've done the recharge of 239 with the Amazon UPI and it's deducted from the account showing it's successful. But the recharge is incomplete !Can someone help me with this? you don't have custom care number to whom I can speak to? 198 and 199sucks

    @ViCustomerCare i choose VI postpaid as my new service provider. But my number got suspended and I am stucked with no money as that number is associated with my bank account. Please restart my number. @TRAI also look into this matter and do the needful. CAF NO DOV000007895896
