@ViCustomerCare Guys never trust them they r making fool to the public by stupid ads. I got postpaid number and they told me false n unreal things to get postpaid n started to charge me falsely and even threatening me and using foul language.

@ViCustomerCare why haven't you said before selling new sim in my area,that you will have to stick to 2G service only you won't get the 4G connectivity because we are still on backfoot from Jio/airtel, #cstcare telling that it will take a long time to install 4G in your area

@ViCustomerCare Hello, I recharged on 22 Aug using UPI. While my money got debited, it didn't reach the mobile number. When I called customer care, they said that debited money will be returned within 3-4 days. It is 6th day today and still my money has not been returned.
