    @ViCustomerCare Very unfortunate, Your agency in MARKAPUR, PRAKASAM dist AP is so inactive & irregular to invite us into Vi network. Waiting for the past 8 hours for activation as we lost our Airtel network signal. NO Follow up. NO reply to the calls. Hope it is considered.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider cannot rely. Just meant to collect bill amount! Doesn't bother at all for service! It has been 2 years i m facing network issue. Complaint are open and closed without resolution.! Investing amount on ad will not provide you customer better service is d key!

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with 249 on 20 March 2021, at 9:31PM, and since then I am offline. No internet !! Called the customer care 3 times restarted my phone 10 times, manually selected network, manually set the APN but still issue remains. I don't get one thing, 1/2

    Now in this Tim internet connection nd Very Poor and Call drop.I had also done a complete through Vi Application. But prob not solve Solve this problem otherwise I Port in other networks @ViCustomerCare
