    @VodafoneIN Rem. 74: Your network is 0.16 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84.Complained repeatedly & got these recharged severally but of no use. Further recharges have been stopped till network responds. Please boost up your network. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently moved from postpaid to prepaid. My last & latest bill shows an excess payment, which now I'm entitled to receive. What is the procedure? When I call customer care prepaid dept says they are unable to check postpaid details.

    @ViCustomerCare i have been a loyal customer since 2006. Repeated calls to inform me about my postpaid plans and trying to sell me subscription of apps is pissing me off. Better mend your ways or we shall part ways.
