    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare in settings option,i dont get network selection to 5g option ,do i need to change sim card to enable 5g network selection option ?

    @ViCustomerCare hello team, Within 6 months, again I’m facing the same problem. Suddenly the network is gone. I tried turning off the phone n turning on again. It is still facing the same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare recharge is due on my Vi number on 15 th December But unfortunately i couldn't find Recommended offers in vi app kindly fix it so that i could explore best offers. My Vi number 9090809764

    @ViCustomerCare hello team, this is the 2nd time in 6 months , I’m facing the same issue where the signal goes nil all of sudden…, n it says ‘no sim available’.. Last time also the sim had to get changed.., I can’t keep doing this every 6 months..

    @ViCustomerCare no network all the time not able to even call customer care for complaints and when we are changing the sim then u say give us chance to serve you this is ur service 😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare hey vi team what's going on don't know. Need 719/- recharge back. Done at 28 nov know no recharge available now.. And all customer care members don't know reason. Should i go to jio customer care to solve problem.???? Just fire all your employees for hard working
