@VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

@ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone SIM from past 5 years and due poor network in my office I had to use Jio SIM from past 2 years and I reacharge Vodafone SIM with 49 rupees or any plan for putting the SIM active. and now you removed "Outgoing SMS" facilities for 49/- plan.

@ViCustomerCare From 11th July, I am not receiving text message and also i am unable to send text message. I have complained many times on ur customer care no. I am sharing comp no. V00543378880. I have 3 complaint number. And today was the last day to resolve my complains.

@ViCustomerCare hey is your customer care on strike or shut down. Still my issue not resolved from 2 months. Even SBI is even faster than you. Atleast tell na that you cant resolve the issue rather than just ignoring.
