    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I do understand what service related messages are. My bank sends me service related messages. Govt. agencies such as RBI and NSDL send me service related messages. You guys me service related messages. These are all entities that I am connected with in some shape or form.

    @ViCustomerCare I am staying in Sainik School Tilaiya (Koderma) Pin Code 825413 From 4 days intenet is very down but no help by customer support I have complaint many times but your team members telling it takes time but no promise or expected date. Please look into it

    @ViCustomerCare every time I try to overcome my previous issues with VI then a new one arises I was told that OTT will be automatically renewed every and it will be free but now you guys are it's chargeable how cheap games you guys play just to sell.
