    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

    Switching to eSim for Vodafone is nightmare. Physical sim has lost netwrk ,eSim didnt get any netwrk post activation,connecting with Customer care dosent help,they will say restart your phone,visiting VI store they will raise the complaint,and process repeats @ViCustomerCare

    Worst part now everything is linked with phone numbers, you will face bank issues, UPI issues, office authorization issues, society gate security issues. And what worst @ViCustomerCare will ask you to put phone in flight mode thats it.

    @ViCustomerCare Its being 24 hours since the complaint has being made. Yet no response... E SIGN IS BEING SHOWN NOW CONTINUOUSLY... Fed up of this nuisance. For sure I’ll be switching to another service provider now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you have imposed very very higher charges for international data used charges i.e. INR32000 which is really much higher and unethical practice ...you never inform us any tariff or country which is not included in my international roaming pack ...you just blocked
