    @VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

I have had already paid the amount for this, why this issues is happening with me..take severe action or else i know whose door needs to be knocked..

    Hello @ViCustomerCare internet speed of my number has been very low for the last three days.Repeatedly calling customer care for help but the care staff is reluctant to talk and says problem will remain until 31st march.But why ?Please fix this problem for me as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare "UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POSTPAID ISSUE" I lost my sims one is Airtel one is VI Both are prepaid sims. i went to stores to get my sims back i submitted all documents. I got airtel sim in 10 days which is prepaid.i got VI sim after 3 months which is postpaid.i want prepaid @TRAI
