@VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

@ViCustomerCare whenever I call network goes back to 2G from Volte.. I don't understand this.. either I can make call or use internet. Please look into this. As my plan is expired I don't want to recharge again.

@ViCustomerCare I tried calling given on app- 199 it said number doesnt exist. 198 is the number for complaints but every option is not even leading me to log my complaint. How can we reach you? Its been almost a month everything is stuck because of the sim. #Vi #VodafoneIdea

@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare VI has come to the lowest level of service, 13 years of association, 04 years of network issue,zillion calls tp customer care,emails and eventually no response anywhere.
