    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia. Sir Im in Canada, and had already recharged my mobile with international roaming plan with rupees 295, but my no. didnt work till date, and its almost 20 days. Kindly revert asap. Im unable to find why my vodafoneidea sim is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare The most useless network ,Closed my sim fkr no reason and i am not able to generate new sim on same number bcoz the alternate number is closed and there is not option to edit it ,fed up with vodafone services

    @ViCustomerCare Now there is a twist again, Vi store person say that we have to get this number in postpaid. What about existing prepaid validity and all. This is purely loot for sr. Citizen people. Ridiculous Vi Store service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using your postpaid connection since 2014. It is becoming lability now. When I call your customer support line 198 it takes 10 minutes to understand the issue. Pathetic and beyond imagination.
