    @ViCustomerCare Many thanks for acting like a bunch of idiots. The matter will be taken up with the higher levels. Thanks. Also, because I myself was thinking of taking a new postpaid connection, this type of behaviour has made me go to other service providers. Thanks. 🙏🏽

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

    My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI
