@ViCustomerCare I just needed to transfer my no. to my name and now both the new and old sim are out of network. How do you manage such magic? Can you explain why both the simcards are not having network. How am i supposed to televerify myself without network ?

@ViCustomerCare it’s been 3 days, my brother’s number is not working. Some “tele-verification” is pending from your side. He has visited the store and called customer care multiple times, yet nobody is helping. Can you look into this matter or port his number?
