  @jimmygoyal10 @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare They can't even resolve a customer's issue. THEY DO NOT CARE. Please port out ASAP. In these tough COVID times my SIM is not getting any incoming calls and SMS. I can't even send money because that requires OTPs. #FraudVodafoneIndia #FraudVi

  @Rajat21Agarwal @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is fraud. Get ported ASAP. Not getting incoming calls and SMS on my Vi SIM for the last 17 days. All my bank work is blocked because I don't have OTPs!!! Don't let this happen to you as well. THEY NEVER HELP. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVI

  @ViCustomerCare Hi this is 8895034687. VI service is not available in my hometown and I have been facing so much problem as it is my main number. So please let me port my number or ask JIO whether I can register on their carrier for emergency uses. Get back to me soon kindly.

  @ViCustomerCare Pls get in touch with the customer at the earliest and resolve. We've been chasing Vi for three months now with no resolution. And she also got billed Rs 1098 for some other persons mobile number! Never ceases to amaze me Vi!

  @ViCustomerCare Having 4G internet issue since yesterday at my house in Bengaluru. Customer care told yesterday that there was a problem for Bengaluru and will be resolved in 4hrs. But still issue exists. Internet is not stable and disconnects every few mins. What's happening?
