    @ViCustomerCare still I am facing the Internet issue : I am not getting any reply from your end . Please look into this on priority basis otherwise I will change my sim .

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    You have literally shared nothing. It's been 3 days and still no one has ever called me to deliver the sim. Very pathetic service from Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare How many times do I need to complain? No signal, no internet for days now in alephata. This is pathetic service. I am seriously considering switching to another provider if this is not fixed ASAP@TRAI

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.
