@ViCustomerCare Worst network ever I really have no network coverage at village. i waste my 3 months recharge in vi, register complaint many times but no response whereas they told me that my location is 1.03km far away hence might facing issue, now let me know is it my mistake.

@ViCustomerCare activated ott's incorrectly on my a/c while I was just checking the section. I informing immediately, still they denied to reverse the charge & are forcing me to use the services. Consumer protection act clearly states no customer can be forced to use any service

@ViCustomerCare Finally I understand, main jaise jaise complaint kar raha hu mera network or slow ho raha hai. Finally I have to switch because I can't tak burden of this network issue any more, indoor outdoor no network coverage at all. Just I am waiting for 90 days after
