    @ViCustomerCare The issue is not resolved. I told you the service got back at 4.30 pm and then again went off on at 7.15pm and still now no network. The issue is very much open. I have already communicated via email. Please look carefully and then respond. pathetic service. @DoT_India

They don’t have 4G indoor coverage,volte,Esim, vowifi,missed call alert, free caller tunes.Their promoters don’t want to put good money into bad money(#vi) they think#vi we customers are idiots to continue.They are cheating

    @ViCustomerCare Firstly tell me why you guys forcing customer to get postpaid connection to reactivate number? Already you guys losing your customers so why this compulsion? If customer using prepaid connection before discontinued his number then why he take postpaid?

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Sometimes ur VIL 4g network goes off for a log period of time. In manual settings also we couldn't find that. Still now also its in 2G only. What's happening!! @DoT_India @TRAI Please take this seriously. Having issue while wfh
