  @ViCustomerCare @viindia Company is not bothered to resolve the issues. Call comes and says my senior will speak to you shortly. Every time a separate person calls. No resolution at all. Such a company where eminent people @KumarMBirla are executives. Low standard

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER
