I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

[2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

@VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

@ViCustomerCare I asked for revised bill after reversal of Amazon prime value added services which I deactivated and not using it. I raised the request 2 days ago so that I can pay my bill today with revised amount. 4 customer care chat say it will reflect in next bill.

Not experienced a more incompetent customer relations team than Vodafone. Have been trying to get email id updated. been 10 days since The same. Have submitted the documents several times but they only have 1 answer, that the query will be resolved soon @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare sick of Vodafone service. It has gone really bad. Raised atleast 3-4 complaint in the kast 10days. Yet no improvement. Pathetic network. You can't even provide proper 4g.

@ViCustomerCare Hello, i only got call from a spam number 1727120203 and it got disconnected automatically in few seconds... Expecting a real effort to resolve the issue... Since your network is worst, my number becomes not reachable often... Irritating network and worst customer resolution
