    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    Lodged a complaint on 26th of Oct. Slow internet and latency problem. @ViCustomerCare team assured me prob will be solved within 3-5 days but after 12 days still the same problem Continues. After validity ends I going to switch from this *****ing network

    @ViCustomerCare Providing the same answer from 10 different associates of Vodafone Idea does not make it a justified resolution. The fact remains that VI is not returning a customer's money when they have not provided service worth a single penny. Shamelessly cheating customers.
