    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare customer poc spoke to me for an hour explaining how processes are completed and asked me to wait till 21st Nov 4pm. He read all the guidelines and spoke to me in some tone! Guess what? I had to call Jio customer care at 11:30pm to beg and this resolved! Still waiting 🫣

    @ViCustomerCare 6 times I was promised that my ticket will be closed within 4 hours. @ViCustomerCare solved my issues within 30 minutes🥲 On top of this Jio is even ruining Fifa World Cup streaming! Perfect strategy to lure customers using cheap packages and then scam them🫡 #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare again facing data network issues. Completely fed up with VI services. Customer care number is also not helpful. Few days back only again same complaint I had raised... and again this begins... worst network... fed up now....

    @ViCustomerCare due to the incapabilities of your 4 bungalows gallery in Mumbai, I am locked out of my banking as they are unable to help me activate my esim on my handset. A court case on your firm would be an apt solution to how long resolutions take at Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand what kind of resolution are being done. I got a sms "Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. ODI-V01121255165." but my issue is still same. Again registered a new complaint. Wtf.
