    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare u silently removed SERVICE VALIDITY (28 days) from Rs 48 recharge. I've activated Rs 48 plan using Main Bal, money deducted but cant use my phone at all. Why credit 3GB data if I cant use it? Such a farce. Provide service validity or refund! I've DM u my no. Call!

    @ViCustomerCare What kind of note you have made.. till now there is no resolution. You'll are just a shameless beggars.. I have made multiple mails in May month that new sim activated and asked to disconnect the sim card. Then how come you beggars ask for payment without giving services.
