@VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

[2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

@VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

The worst of the worst internet service provider @ViCustomerCare . I bought VI internet plan. But in the time of 4G it is giving me speed of 2G, what the hell. I have online classes and many things which I am unable to do due to this network. #vinetscam

@ViCustomerCare Jand Ka 4G network high speed batatey hein. Waste of time to maintain like this network. The network fluctuates frequently 4G to H+ to E to null. 4G network enables 2seconds and then go to H+ and null signal . This is happening since I recharged my number.
