    What poor service @ViCustomerCare ? Im trying to activate my new postpaid SIM for the last 1 hour But the 5 digit OTP not coming on alternate Vi number Now time to send legal notice and file complaint in @TRAI Ans also they reduced my connection speed because of complaint

    @ViCustomerCare waiting for a call since yesterday till now there is no response? Why such a huge delay in responding to a customer? Better to port to another carrier if this is the issue.
