[2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

@ViCustomerCare Dear vi Mujhe aap agent ne call kiya or galt jankari di or mera number port cancel krawaya or mujhe 3 months ke liye free 3Gb/day, unlimited calling & 100 sms/day dene ke liye 3:10 Second ke bad ki recording aap sun skte hai mai toll-free number pe senior nhi m.

@VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

@ViCustomerCare Stupid & pathetic service rules! I've ported from Vi to Jio. I had paid 300 as a security deposit when I took the postpaid line. Bill amount is 260Rs. and you want me to go to the VI store, get a cheque for 300, encash it and then come back to pay the Rs.260 bill?
