    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @Bangaloresystem @ViCustomerCare i have been using their postpaid connection, they randomly block the sim and take more than a week to rectify the issue, infact still it has not been rectified. So take a wise decision

    @DoT_India @TRAI We are having network coverage issue @ViCustomerCare ,no network at all. Paying high postpaid bill,called up customer care n complaint but no action. No one even visit the site. Why r they allowed to provide such services,there are numerous complaints👎🏻 #shame
