@ViCustomerCare I have complainet for my no. 9039577825 so many times that here i cant get 4g network there is very much fluctuation in network and for using good network i have to use my terrace so this is how idea works. I have waited so long for this to resolve but now i think it dosnt.

@ViCustomerCare Perhaps more than 20 persons from customer care has cut and paste - We understand your concern to reply me. But there is no solution even after 15 days. What happened to Vi. Shame on Vi. Shame shame shame. I will not allow to Vi to stole my hard earned money.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare even after raising issue with Vodafone, we requested for port out and now since last two days the executive are mentally harrassing my wife for retention, can TRAI take any case on this or we have take a legal steps for this.

@ViCustomerCare Sir, It's 15th day of my complaint about recharge failure. Yet Vi relevant team is unable to refund my hard earned money. Vi team is working very hard. You can see what type of hard work they are doing. Shame on Vi. Shame on their team and Shame on Customer Care.
