@ViCustomerCare nobody bothers to reply to customer i have done the recharge but the service is being deactivated and its not been shown in the VI APP. Please spread this its a FRAUD #vodafoneindia

@ViCustomerCare VI is vodaidea is it not? Then why are idea customers given short shrift? Does your offer mention that an idea customer can’t convert his sim to eSIM directly? He has to port to Vodafone wait 4 days to get Vodafone sim then convert to eSIM! Why no technological solution?
