    When I called VI customer care and complaint about this issue, they are repeating the same that I consumed all 2GB data. I am repeatedly getting flaws in data even If I got full range of 4G. Complaint which I raised through App got closed without rectification @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Payal, My number is active & I am getting all the calls except from ur company. No one is reaching out to me over a phone or at home address. If it's not possible to deliver SIM, please arrange to refund the charges. Its pathetic service by you.

    @ViCustomerCare I did share my concerns and issues that I did activated international roming for seven days on Vodafone number How ever roaming for outgoing was not working you’re more than welcome to reach out to my number I DM you

    @ViCustomerCare Still no response and no update. Still unable to use data services. ETA provided was 07-Mar-2023. And now the complaint has been marked resolved. If issue isn’t resolved by this weekend, I will file a consumer complaint citing deficiency of service. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare 2 full days without network or any sort of support! I should bash you for my business loss. But it's useless and I'll only get an automated response.. I'll be glad to leave your horrible network behind and would recommend others to do the same #leaveVI

    @ViCustomerCare even customer executive can’t connect on their network how can you expect others to connect to Vodafone network its high time to shift on other network.

    @vodafonecom @ViCustomerCare #networkIssue #lowSignal Too much of low network issue in high volumn area near Hinjawadi, Tathawde, Pune. Raised complaint 5-6 times with 198, but everytime it's closed saying checked network is optimal. But not getting any resolution.
