    @ViCustomerCare recently I'm having trouble with my Vi 4G in my colony. Problem - it loses 4G connectivity any time & therefore no internet. Exact location of problem - 19.3290494, 77.1596207 Tweet by 2nd @airtelindia connectivity.

    Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your 4G data service is far poor than 2G was used to before using dongle actually paying for 4g Plan customer is getting speed less than 3g everyone will accept that.

    @ViCustomerCare Really frustrating-pathetic experience from your side. Unable to use mobile data seamlessly. It fluctuating 4G-3G time to time. It's 2023 and everyone trying to build their 5G network but Vi still in 3G. Port-in done ✓ 😮‍💨

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointed with the International roaming services in USA. Activated a weekly pack for past 4 days its only EDGE network in data. Even after number of complaints escalation its still same story " technical team is working on it ". Pissed off with services.

    @ViCustomerCare why have you stopped otp sms and without any information. I am not able to login to any bank accounts due to your service. I have recharged my phone twice and your employees don't have any clue about this. This is actual harrasment and @TRAI is supporting it?
