@ViCustomerCare I did 2 recharges in a day on my vi number 299 and 319(both offer 2Gb data) and vi completed both the recharges in 1 month. Now I am getting 1Gb data. Whereas in Airtel, Jio, plans are activated one after the other. Very Bad experience. Finally I have to leave vi

@ViCustomerCare While I have been with Vi for 10+ years. And this is our honour. Their 199 customer care is giving advice to leave Vi itself. But not providing any solution. Vi at least respect those who were with you in jio wave. Now I understand why people are leaving Vi.I also have to leave🥲
