    @ViCustomerCare I got call from your customer care they said we are unable to resolve this issue today's I have visited to near the tower still getting low N/W Vi already facing financial crises still you are giving pathetic service surely in future Vi will announce shutdown

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I paid money for yr service. Pls ensure, you need to render deserving and quality service to subscribers. Without fail, learn from Service Providers like JIO or Others. Nothing wrong in learning from anybody, when we face and cause such failures.
