    @ViCustomerCare VI TEAM, don't expect customer to keep on toggling between 2g /3g /4g. Make ur network uniform so that call can b connected from anywhere @DoT_India sir /team, pls make VI team work to resolve network problem, they want customer to connect to 2g to call, ridicule

    @ViCustomerCare Due to closer of all the existing Vi Store in my State Arunachal Pradesh, migration of my postpaid no. to Prepaid has been put on halt. Is it indicating us to shift it to other network service like Airtel/Jio???

    Even my turtle runs faster than your network @Vodacom last time too I called on 198 & tweeted by tagging @ViCustomerCare got no solution just a message that your problem is solved still same network issue even visited nearby care center they exchanged the sim too still same issue
