@ViCustomerCare this is too much, I am having issues in every call, either my audio crash or the other side, even your helpline number 199 which I called, I didn't understand a word she's saying. Very poor call experience, Vi app also didn't helped much.

@ViCustomerCare Whenever I recharge, VI slows down my internet, and customer care says, If the internet is slow, how could you use 2 GB of data? They don’t realize how many times I have to turn flight mode on and off or change locations just to make it work.
