    @ViCustomerCare VI executive admit they don't have coverage in my area and it's been almost a year now. I request VI to ensure refund all the customer whom they have charged for 4g service and failed to provide even basic services

    @ViCustomerCare you are forcing your customers to port their numbers. Your representatives are so ignorant that they have failed to activate a lost sim for the last 25 days inspite of producing required documents. @airtelindia pls help us to get rid of this problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, you need to shutdown your services i am not receiving text messages from last week and you guys trying to fix it but not getting any solution so finally I decided to PORT my number and my advice is shutdown your services you can not handle it.

    What would be appropriate term for outage which is almost 7 days long ? Any guesses @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup. No network from last 7 days. Is this your strategy to survive in market, which is already at odds against you ?

    @Praty_b @ViCustomerCare Don’t trust #vi. They don’t have any network team. Network team !!! will tell, you are getting good coverage, but nothing will be available. They fully depend on airtel for network improvement.

    @ViCustomerCare Desh ka Chutiya network not even 100 kbps facing issue since last 3 months no one is their to take responsibility their is a serious issue with vi internet connection. Tomorrow going to port rest of my vi sim . Already ported out 10 vi sim
