@ViCustomerCare Hi Harsha. I receive 5-6 service related messages everyday from Vi. Thats fine. But when i have not visited ur store in maharashtra, why am i receiving this msg? Pls provide proper reply and not scripted reply. I will wait for proper explanation from u or ur manager

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup it’s pathetic that Vi support couldnt enable my caller tune, deactivated it and with their wrong suggestions i again land to debit of amount with no caller tune service. Seriously doubt on quality of employee And service Vi gave #vodafonepathetic

BEAWARE CHEATING FROM VI ( VODA-IDEA ) BY SENDING LINK TO UPGRADE PLAN ( REDX) WITHOUT LETING YOU CHARGE OF IT AND PLAN GET AUTOMATIC CHANGE AT LEAST 3 TIMES MORE THEN EXIST (399) PLAN. CUSTOMER CARE 199 DONT SUPPORT...JUST LOOT. SORRY. @ViCustomerCare
