@ViCustomerCare I am going to get lawyers. Whoever is handling Vodafone's social media should inform the highest official they know because if they don't they are going to lose their job because this issue will now be taken to courts. I have waited enough.

Dear @ViCustomerCare, I have recharged for Rs. 295/- for activating international roaming pack of Nepal but it has been hours but still the service is not activated. Please resolve this issue and confirm if my roaming service is activated.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS still on top with wrost services and most costliest network.. We can't afford multiple recharges for validity, outgoing callas and text msgs.. From today onwards am stop using @VodaIdea_NEWS and trying port with another operator..

@ViCustomerCare Also when I visited VI customer care center they said we lost your documents from our end while merging, so you have to process again with giving new documents. if you don't have my documents how my sim was activated @TRAI please look into this
