@ViCustomerCare Hi I bought a redX plan 1 week ago. 5 days ago I complained about low internet speed and nothing was done. Today internet is gone for good. If I have to remove redX plan I have to pay INR 3000. Customer care is also not responding. Number is 9930842066.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop lying, my concern was never discussed. I kept repeating over the call to reopen the request which was closed without my consent but it was refused all the time.
