@TRAI is there a regulation if Mobile service providers don't have Network in an area they should indicate it to Customers, And for no Service/network zone they should not be charged,. Mumbai city center is the zone & we 20 buildings have no network past 3 years @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Why do I need to travel 350kms to get a SIM card replaced? Unhelpful service at the store and on customer care. I've been a customer of vodafone since Hutch and this how I get treated for getting a sim replacement? Pathetic!

@ViCustomerCare Getting a SIM replacement shouldnt ever be an issue, no wonder you guys are running aground, if you cant simplify basic things how do you expect customers to stick around? I hope you can resolve the issue, otherwise, I dont want your service anymore.
