    @ViCustomerCare Whenever I buy the 20GB pack, the speed gets poor. But when it's 20Rupees/GB, it works well.

    @ViCustomerCare Please feel some kind of shame for the service you're providing ! Ridiculous!! The speed hardly touches 1mbps while airtel and jio are miles ahead in terms od speed. Using Idea since late 2000's and I am still waiting them to improve.

    @JioCare how can I switch my prepaid sim card of @ViCustomerCare. Coz vi network is 4g on name of 2g. After each 10 min the data connection gets lost.

    @ViCustomerCare my calls aren’t going through or no calls are even coming through. My data is not working either. All of this happened out of nowhere. A few minutes ago, everything was working fine.

    Give it them on unlimited recharge plans including these services like Disney subscription. Otherwise we forced to #portfromvi to another network by @ViCustomerCare . Consider this instead of charging seperate recharge plans for these services.

    @DoT_India I am waiting for their resolution on 1 number. 1 number issue got solved after long wait. Another issue yet to be fixed even after almost 20 days. @ViCustomerCare .

    Hey vodafone your service is third class in my region. Last 4 days i complain about your internet speed but you don't have time to look at complain. @ViCustomerCare #don't use vi network
