    @ViCustomerCare Vi I just complain multiple times regarding the network and internet not working but no resolution yet, i am upset with this company no one is listening customer support is also very messy This company left no other option except to change the SIM.

    I used Idea @ViCustomerCare number since 2010. Never bought 2nd sim but now it is very poor network connection so going switch. Good bye @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was about to recharge with 299 v. But the signal, network is not consistent. Why should I waste my money when I can see the SIM is not getting a signal?
