    @ViCustomerCare you’ll deactivated my internet completely as a part of your retention. Facing severe issues due to no internet. This is how you’ll serve your customers? Your CSR told me that she’s providing me additional data but I ended up with no internet #disgusting

    @ViCustomerCare very surprised to saw that I recharged 599 rs for 84 days after that you given me 1 GB data Pack that is very bad , ur request to resolve and explain.

    Since yesterday(25th August) I could connect with family and friends through the problem tower without a problem. According to @ViCustomerCare feedback (on 26th Aug) they have optimised the coverage. @DoT_India

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare "VI" network provider is not allowing any outgoing SMSes in it's plans. it is not allowing users to even send chargeable SMSes,even if the user has sufficient balance. please look into this and give a heavy penalty to VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Calls, your bloody calls... I have to call someone twice cos the 1st time, it connects but cant hear anyone... Call drops, stupid voice cuts... Pathetic.
