    @ViCustomerCare Sorry but you guys are of no help. I'm your customer since 1999(then Essar ->hutch -> vodafone ), I logged so many cases and ultimately you guys just open and close the case after few weeks. nice practice! I also forget to follow up and same way its going on for past many year

    We'd visited twice Vodafone store delhi Ramphal chouk Dwarka for duplicate Sim along with user however Vodafone staff denyed to give the sim saying u have to convert postapy n pay rs 800 its totally frustrated service plz help @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @ITS_MoC

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Sir my VI number is 8xxxxxxxx3 , there is no internet in my number from 12 am to 6 am. What is this Sir , please rectify the issue. This is happening every other day. I tried sending you direct message but it's not being sent, Direct messages are blocked from your end.
