Despite multiple requests, my father was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me. This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
