@ViCustomerCare @SpyKaParivaar "Facing the same nightmare! Not only is the network non-existent, but I don't even get notified about incoming calls. And to top it off, you charge extra for 'Missed Call Alerts'? I pay for service, yet I get absolutely zero value. Is this a network or a joke? @ViCustomerCare

@ViNewsOfficial @Meta Extremely disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. No network coverage at my home, making it impossible to work or study. Despite raising several complaints, your team has completely ignored the issue. If this isn't resolved within 24 hours, I am porting my number. 212503 holagarh

@ViCustomerCare It had been the best network prior to becoming Vodafone, yet worsted, therefore, i had to port the number to other service provider

@Joy_Majumder__ @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Agree. But that's because of an under-utilised network. Once they begin adding subscribers, the speeds will decrease. I have already seen significant speed drops with Vi in Pune.

@ViCustomerCare I saw the DM. The info that I've already provided is good enough if you really want to work towards fixing the network issue. Make someone visit those pin codes & check the non-existing coverage in that entire area! It's damn simple. There's no need for 5 rounds of questions! 🙏🏻
