    @casaurabhgarg30 @ViCustomerCare No use brother...see my several tweets on CALLERTUNE ISSUE on their posts. I convrted 3G to 4G on 13th Nov, my callers are now NOT ABLE to listen CALLERTUNE.. Retweeted several times..BUT @ViCustomerCare Not cooperating , FOOLING me since thn, AUTOMATICALLY Clsing Complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst services and pathetic reply from c care recently I hv port from post to pre . Since then i am facing ntwrk issue and internet issue. And Cust cr smply saying tht u hv earlier billing nmbr so ur able to access 4G .But since u have mvd to Prepd u can't he 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is choking... Bandwidth is overutilized... What have you done so far... Explain or ask yiur technical team to contact me. Stopping all payments henceforth. Mind it if you disconnect my connections

    @ViCustomerCare Justify why ₹ 99 and ₹ 109 don't have SMS function. You can't, can you? Cause you know damn well whatever response you give we all see through it. Funny how all those years ago the same 99 plan had sms. You changed vodafone, but not for the better. This price hike proves that.

    @ViCustomerCare could you please tell me without my confirmation how come you changed my family plan frm 999 to 1299 per month. Second there is no proper network coverage at my area and I m complaining for last 2 yrs but no resolution but you are saying use additional services
