@ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare why customer care number of ICICI and Kotak which starts with 1860 eg. 18601207777 we cannot dial from Vodafone but from Jio we can dial. though UL plan is there still it tells you dont have sufficient balance!! is it the end of Vodafone?

@ViCustomerCare i have complained like for about a 100 times on twitter from the app nothing works its been 8 months bought a vi prepaid connection for better service but guess what i was wrong the so so poor network coverage hasnt been fixed and recharges i have done are useless

@ViCustomerCare 7 calls so far from customer care asking why I want to port. I say no reason, just want to move to airtel, they cut call. Not sure what you want me to say. Tell me and I can repeat it. Very softly, very sweetly, just like you want to hear it...but port my effing number out

@ViCustomerCare Received call from +911205184500.The guy told that it is Company policy to make and change policies at will.This means Customer reviews or convenience is not taken into account by so called 'policy makers'.He said same in other telecom also. Is this a signal to change to 'other'
