@ViCustomerCare very poor service in both network and customer care call. They are telling to call in the morning, system update is in process. From long time their system is in update. I am getting 2g network in my 5g device.

@ViCustomerCare since last 10 days, I am getting very less speed in net, also on sat sun the data rollover does not work, after daily quota the net stops without going to left over balance (data rollover)..I think you have stopped the data rollover and making fool the customer!!

@ViCustomerCare U n ur team just fooling ppl in the name of 4g service. I pay for unlimited 4g service and every time in weekend specially Saturday Sunday ur network speed down. I guess bcoz of ur data rollover offer or ETC... Request you @DoT_India plz look in the matter...

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, I am really disappointed customer service. I have service req-DEL-V01078278695.cs is always sending same message . I was trying to explain issue many times . But they sent same message every time. Plz check log last 2 week against this service issue.
