  @ViCustomerCare very disappointed from your service you are testing 5G network but your 4G network is not available in my area only one signal bar is coming in Indore coverage. 2G signal strength good but 4G signal is very bad. can you solve this issue or I have to opt out vi.

  @rmstakkar ji, what happened to your network? #VodafoneIdea Facing network connectivity issue from many days Not able to connect voice call . After so many complaints stil awaiting for response from @ViCustomerCare . Decided to switch other operator applied MNP.

  @ViCustomerCare third class service I can't send messages in single click Whenever i try to send messages a pop up comes which says couldn't send message To send message i have to turn on/off airplane mode daily or sometimes twice/thrice a day #third_class service provider

  @ViCustomerCare i have changed my sim as I changed to prepaid, my postpaid sim has inactivated On alternate number also received sms but new sim is not showing any network. Hum kare to kya kare jaye to jaye kaha?

  @ViCustomerCare and told for that deduction and request to them kindly lodge my complaint for that auto deduction, but they denied , and told me that, wait for 24 hours. after waiting 24 hours, i called again on VI customer care, but i got no responisible response from the team
