In 2022 4g service has launched all over India .but in my village @ViCustomerCare is still providing 2g service. My address is TARAIYA SARAN PINCODE 841424. I am feeling very humiliated. I am not able to use internet service with 2g service. I have to do MNP . MNP is last option

@ViCustomerCare I just want to port out from my redx. ****** service all the way in spite of complaints. New PTP system for 24 hours, I lost a PTP for your tech glitch. Pissed off. Will file a PIL. Enough cheating.

So guys @ViCustomerCare Vodafone’s international roaming is a farce - they have ******* with operators in the USA to provide it’s customers with 2G and 3G services - they charge a bomb but provide absolutely useless service just to profit ! Never again !!! #VodafoneIdea

Hi @ViCustomerCare Tried 59059 multiple times for tele-verification but the call ended. It has been more than 24 hours since the SIM was ported. fix it asap.

Last one week. @ViCustomerCare have no signals in outdore also.. How I browse net? And how I talk to my friends and relatives? Worst service.. @TRAI do some serious action. @DoT_India plz suggest the related authority's.
