@ViCustomerCare Krishna Telecom VI STORE- Ulhasnagar-421003 Woud appreci8 staf Ms. Reena & Ms. Ritu. I had a bad experience at 2-3 VI stores or I could say they wer misleading for certain issue with simcard. But the employees mentioned abov wer very helpful & sorted my issue

@ViCustomerCare what the hell am I supposed to do now? I have to recharge with almost 300 for sending 1 SMS? What kind of charges are these? @TRAI is is possible that they can take back the 118 and then I recharge 128? Or I have to switch to another network. #Scam #pathetic

@ViCustomerCare What is the process for MPN to Jio from VI? you people don't give service properly & what is the point in increasing tariff plan to 20% ? There are many ways to increase your profitability by reducing advertisement and other stuff not by increasing the tariff rate
