For **** sake @ViCustomerCare get your network sorted! I am at my ******* home you pieces of **** and I get no network even when I am standing at my window. You take my money to sit & just **** on me is it? I am done here, changing my service to some other provider. **** YOU! 🖕🏼

The first day was guaranteed to be activated within 48 hours of complaint. Last Monday, after 48 hours, the number did not activated & I complained again in person & in customer care but no satisfactory answer was received from there. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India

@Alaalpuria @ViCustomerCare How do you expect me to believe that? Your internet is interrupted every 15 minutes the network shuts down. You give double data but it's of no use as it cant be used.U don't allow Sms to be sent so that we can port. Your app is sheet.U are shutting down shop in 6-12 months bro.

@ViCustomerCare every time I recharge the pack, one full day internet connection doesn't work. I don't understand what's the bug. And this is quite annoying and frustrating every time.
