Hey @ViCustomerCare why I am not able to send sms to anyone despite of recharge. In call your executives saying that sms barrier is on your number. But I haven't activated any such things. Correct it. This problem is with many newly bought sim as I talked with some users. @trai

@ViCustomerCare The customer decided to portout from Vi to Airtel network. As your system showed the number has been ported out already. So, have asked the customer to do it in real. When the customer opts to port out its guarantee will receive call from Vi and will post the evidence.
