    @VodafoneIN Nobody in three months contacted me from Vodafone. I have given my complain three time customer care and 5 time on official Twitter Handel of Vodafone India. Now it's time to say goodbye to Vodafone and change the network partner. Miss u zoo zoo. Goodbye.... Vodafone.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare at my work place all #VI customers (almost 1100 to 1200) are facing network fluctuations, call dropping problem since last month. despite multiple requests to CC on telephone there is no result. This is an example of #pathetic support approach to customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi customer care, today i contacted your customer care for my billing issues and they asked me to hold on so that they can connect me with senior..but surprisingly no body was connected as i waited for 20 minutes. Very very bad experience. No isue resolved. Sumit

    @ViCustomerCare My Number is 8340801328 I recharged my number yesterday with 79 pack and without making any calls talktime is down to 0 and also I have been charged 80p per min whereas as per plan it should be 1p/s. Multiple complaints have been raised but no resolution till now

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Vi network is going from bad to worse. This is the consecutive 4th day when network has vanished! If this is nw quality in a main city, I wonder how it is in tier B & rural cities. Pls improve your nw, don't compel me to portout.Using Idea for 17yrs!
