I have given my complain three time customer care and 5 time on official Twitter Handel of Vodafone India. Now it's time to say goodbye to Vodafone and change the network partner. Miss u zoo zoo. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.
