    @ViCustomerCare now gone to new low. While on call, without any resolution, the customer care executive cuts the call. You call it as a service? The issue was with internet speed and connectivity, executive unnecessarily gave details of pack and cut the call. Care to explain?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am not able to send or receive sms from vi number. I am facing this issue since last 6 months. Once asked for sim swap, sim swap is also done but problem remains same after so many complains. # 8980025172

    @ViCustomerCare Now they are sending me unnecessary bill and whenever I put a query for the same, they shout and cut the call on my face. I was a 10-12 years old customer, but now I am facing this problem. Shameful

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience with you. Your customer care executives are rude and make fool to customers. I lost my phone and VI sim few months ago and when visited to your store, they made me fool and forced me to take postpaid number along with my prepaid number.
