    @Sanju14395 @ViCustomerCare These people won't accept your case unless you provide them sufficient proofs. My present handset clearly gives 15 Mbps on JIO but it became a snail on Vi network. Worst condition since last 30-35 days.

    I've used 2G/3G/4G of all companies at different point of times. From Airtel,Vodafone, Reliance, Idea to even Docomo, Telenor and MTS. But this @ViCustomerCare in its current version is the absolute worst service I've experienced. Absolutely worst.

    @Paytmcare It wasn't Paytm who cases the scare, it was @ViCustomerCare and their service. My pack was over and later I recharged they sent me all otp's after few hours. It's pathetic and unsatisfactory you'll receive from these people they rejected multiple times to solve my issue. I'mSorry

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely useless service! Trying to cancel my contract as I don't get a signal at new address. Was told they have to send a 4 digit code to my mobile!

    @ViCustomerCare it's been just few days of shifting to Vi and already feeling the pinch of the hard to get through or useless customer care. Took family plan of 1299 and till now only 3 numbers have been activated. Rest 2 no signal and customer care won't help.
