    @ViCustomerCare its already 24 hrs and I haven't got the new sim deliverd yet.shame on u Vi that u can't even provide the basic service to ur customer @airtelindia is far better than u. Can u take some action and get the sim delivered asap. Order # DCHD02022352044

    @Avinash_Power99 @ViCustomerCare @MobiKwik Please flag #Mobikwik app as inappropriate in Google Play Store and make an official complaint at RBI citing the non adherence of the rules.They are saving scammers by delaying entire police proceedings .Most of the data leak and accounts hacks are happening through them

    Hi @ViCustomerCare , VI network in my area has been worst forever. No improvement... 4G speed is terrible it even switches to 2G every now and then. Network strength always stuck at one bar.. Even gets disconnected sometimes..Expecting some steps ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Recharged a pack of 666 via @MobiKwik .Its above 11 hours still my pack didn't activated. Even i tried to call 199 there is no customer care executive to help.

    @ViCustomerCare I did a recharge of 199 but I didn’t get 28validity only 18days I got and didn’t get callertune nothing can some one help on this
