    Dear @ViCustomerCare I did not chose to access Handset Inbuilt Games or English Seekho or any other VAS you provide. Please stop these unauthorised charges. Also, what does one do to speak to a customer care executive? There’s only so much IVR can do. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare want a duplicate sim of mobile no. 8750305645 as my sim is broken. Visited to VI Care but they told that MNPD is active so we can’t issue duplicate sim. Please help this is my oldest number distributed everywhere.
