  @VodafoneIN pls look into this issue ASAP. Everything was good prior to 15 days ths all started. Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

  @ViCustomerCare Any update? Already raised a complaint through VI app. This is 3rd Complaints. No resolution/improvement yet. So ur Giganet, VOLTE only works when ur in near Vi tower. You will loose more customers instead of gaining due to low network quality/Coverage issue. #VodafoneIdea

  @ViCustomerCare Internet is working very slow from Saturday. With this speed I guess while paying my Vodafone bill, payment gateway will also say that the transaction has timed out. I have to pay the bill on 4th - fyi...

  @ViCustomerCare .Created Ticket on 12th july HARV00522895368 but till now no resolution , called today for the status of ticket but they created a new ticket .very bad service @Vodacom if you guys want to retain your customer ,please work on service . Decided to Port the no.
