    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed with the service. It has been more than 24 hours and still no proper response from your customer support team. This kind of delay is unacceptable for customers facing urgent issues. Kindly resolve the matter on priority. #PoorService

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, don't worry, you can deactivate the SIM. We have two SIMs, so there's no guarantee one of them won't work with 112, 108, and 102 numbers. We'll now promote your SIM at the District Court in Ambedkar Nagar, claiming Vi's excellent service....🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after activation I have not received it. The retailer is not answering calls and no reply has been received in DM. Please help.
