    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare Tired to deactivate international roaming from my cell. At least 4 times submitted request from vi app. And also tried to call vi customer care number. Amazing thing is that, not a single time I was able to talk to executive. On app and on web,

    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

    @ViCustomerCare need your help in enabling my sim card delivery. I booked and did the first recharge on 23rd July but am yet to get the SIM card. Do I need to find and visit VI store to get it, please guide. Thanks in advance.
