@ViCustomerCare what is the reason for prepaid user can not enjoy benefit of esim service? They have to move in postpaid plan for such service so as result we are left vi and join other network,so request you to start e sim service fro prepaid user from Jan 2023 as new year gift

Dear @ViCustomerCare, where is your 'Indias Fastest 4G' network ? Please give me the address I will find this so called Fastest 4G of Vi. Fastest ever Speed I'm getting on vi is 100 kbps, 3 times slower than BSNL 3G. Vi 4G...? What The Fun...?

@sourabh401 @ViCustomerCare If it is a #Prepaid sim, the #DeliveryExecutives will not be interested at all. I had two incidents. In one case they never turned up. In the second they came but entered wrong information in #CAF and it got rejected
