@ViCustomerCare my number was moved from postpaid to prepaid and we made recharges of Rs.479 as well as a top up of Rs.10. It has been more than 8 hours now and the number hasn't been activated. What is the issue? Matter urgent!

@ViCustomerCare Ur network is poor in my area,so I requested to portout to Jio. Ur team called me & requested me to continue multiple times but I denied. Today I got a call from Mr.Saleem Ph-7993429295 claiming he’s from “Jio” and tells me to send a message “CANCEL my no” to 1900

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I had a similar bad experience with Vi on switch . They repeatedly called and then harassed by fake billing and asking to pay over dues even after the switch was done after all dues cleared . Till now after 1 year I have not received a NDC from Vi

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Even I just switched from @ViCustomerCare because of the international roaming plan this month. I was cheated thus never want to do business with them ever again. Ended up paying an exorbitant amount for terrible service even after begging them everyday from a foreign land.
