  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India This is ridiculous. Vi number +919582050404 has made nearly 18,000 spam calls in 60 days. TRAI bans regular numbers for marketing. Stop the excuses and shut it down.

  @ViCustomerCare I am currently in Saudi Arabia and facing a "No Network" issue. I have already recharged with an International Roaming pack, but my SIM is not registering on any network. I am unable to receive any services or OTPs. Please assist me urgently.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I’m not deleting the number. +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal. Asking customers to remove evidence is not a resolution. Take action and confirm publicly.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many times will you agents call the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 is a Vi number blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly and disconnect it instead of copy-pasting the same reply.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I also visited a Vi Store regarding this issue. The store staff informed me that I need to wait for 6 months, which is not acceptable as I urgently need this mobile number for my personal use.

  @SkAsanur87 @ViCustomerCare That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re abroad and need OTPs urgently. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍
