@ViCustomerCare Why is it so that the suffering customer have to switch to social platforms to find solutions to their issues. #Vodafone needs to be customer eccentric and this automated system definetly needs to be checked and save customers plight.

I did porting request on 2 may from @JioCare to @ViCustomerCare right now today is 7 may .My network is not changed yet.i am so much frustrate when i call to jio they said call vi to know your status and when i call to vi they we don't have any information about .so call to jio

@ViCustomerCare i got a call from technical team that my problem has been solved but my problem has not been solved yet. IT was April 27th to may 7th but in those 11days my problem was not solved. I will be forced to take other measures this time. please contact me- 9832765418
