    @ViCustomerCare @AppleSupport @Apple Having issues with iMessage and FaceTime. Spent hours with you guys to get this working but no luck. VI Mini Store says visit big store and the big store says visit Apple service centre. Tried almost all troubleshooting steps on handset.

    @mettleUnbeaten @ViCustomerCare I have ported my Dad's number out to Airtel as well. I suggest not supporting Vi so they shut down in India. Full of scam and fake promises.

    @ViCustomerCare for one day late bill u will call 100 times. But for pending complaints unresolved issues u will give us 3 wrkg days. During Whc if I hv a roaming complaint I will hv already returns to base my roaming complaint unresolved

    I had ordered a VI prepaid sim which was supposed to be delivered to me by 9th October, couple of times i have called to customer service but they are justing saying "we have scheduled your call from delivery guy" Hope to hear you soon. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @techiepradhumn @ViCustomerCare No not at all, Forget about 4G, they have started charging for free data which shows in VI App also.. terrible Being a 10 year old customer i am fed-up with this bill for the first time..
