People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Solve the issue immediately

When doing business in south India, atleast have customer care agents who can understand English or our regional language.

We have zero coverage and no 4G unless we stand outside under the open sky. We need a permanent solution fast.
