    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I have raise the ticket yesterday and they hold my calls around 45 minutes after that today got the call for we cant do anything and marking complete your ticket. They are not able to hear the customer problem.

    @ViCustomerCare hi . My mobile internet suddenly stopped working. While access to internet is fully cut, apps like telegram and whatsapp works without any issue. This looks weird. What could the issue? Already registered a complaint. The reference number is DH4F6A4WEW

    @ViCustomerCare I got no coverage most of the time over here. Your guys already contacted me and said to wait for "The network to be upgraded".The same response I have been getting for few years.

    @ViCustomerCare i have been facing issues for recharge of Rs.129 which I'm doing from main balance but it is not done. With repeated efforts and calls with customer care they are not helping me and they provide me wrong information for which I had to suffer loss.

    @ViCustomerCare 60 Rs from my secondary bal and 20 Rs from my main bal has been deducted from my account on 12th with me never opting for any service or notifying me before deducting. This is 2nd consecutive month the same thing has happend with me.

    @ViCustomerCare my number is on Idea from last 4-5 years but now i am disappointed from the service, you are not allowing me to send a single message to any number & for that i need to recharge of 129rs. Is it fair? I am searching options to leave idea now. #port_from_ideasim

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare False commitment with customer, they called us for upgrade the plan and we provide the discount on your number, after upgrading they not not provide the any discount also executive not able to understand problem.
