    Got in touch with @ViCustomerCare, they said it is a Pay Per Use(PPU) service and not a subscription service, on further query about this Bcafe and how they could deduct balance without prior approval,

    @ViCustomerCare If a customer wants a refund for the amount paid by him, where no service was provided by the company, it is a very genuine ask. It is not anything special. The policies of Vodafone Idea should not lead to violation of basic customer rights.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I moved to a different state and now very often I can't make calls. MANUALLY REGIATETED ON NETWORK BUT NO USE..CHAL KYA RHA HAI YEH..

    @ViCustomerCare currently I’m in Bihar and your network is in horrible condition since 29th Oct 2021 not able to connect single call. This tweet is written after borrowing the hotspot from other network. Kindly do the needful.

    @ViCustomerCare whn u ppl can't install requisite signal booster in the area of Mandi Estate RWA which is in South Delhi, what's teh point of continuing with ur network.. will have to port to another network service provider. Ur billionaire status is of no use without customers..
