@ViCustomerCare I w8ted for 4 days tht I might get refund Aftr tht I did new recharge on 2july as no one can live w/o cellular services and I believe im with. Worst service provider from last 12-13 years that I have to rethink It’s my hard earned money that I want back If possible let me know

Since few days my internet is running at 2G speed & in this context I also talked to @JioCare but they have not solved my problem yet. So I am going to port my card to another company as jio is unable to provide good service to the customer. Good Bye Jio! @vicustomercare
