@ViCustomerCare After so much struggle when bill was revealed to me the r charges like sim ex etc truly this company is acting like a dacoit. Pathetic service. My service has been barred only looser is me. Am going ahead with filing a case,it's so disappointing to see such pathetic service

@ViCustomerCare , My incoming calls & SMS were blocked just 1 day after my plan expired. This is unfair & causes trouble with OTPs & emergencies. If this continues, I’ll port to another provider. #VI #CustomerServiceFail

@ViCustomerCare Everyone do note there CSR & Social media team is unprofessional & terrible.Reach out to Vi stores rather for a solution,Vi is so terrible that social media multiple post also does not matter,They would state share mobile no but post that nothing,just auto rpy.

@ViCustomerCare Incoming calls blocked just 1 day after recharge expiry – that’s unfair and goes against TRAI rules. Restore my service or I’ll escalate this to TRAI and Consumer Court.

It's not only about the losses and network, @ViCustomerCare service level and Hunger is also missing. Having booked a number online 2 days ago, haven't yet got a call from the person who is supposed to come. Others are ultrafast and ultra hungry. Vi isn't able to compete
