  @ViCustomerCare i am not able to understand what is your issue.if I am paying for 4G then i should get uninterrupted services. From past 10 days continuous facing issue logged complaint. no one bother to respond. Loyal customer from 5 yeard now I am planning to switch.

  @ViCustomerCare I regret to say this, you are such a disappointment. I'm with this network for almost a decade, but now none of your apps seem to work, forgot about pathetic network quality and coverage. I sent a mail with all required details, but the Vi. app is not stable yet.

  @ViCustomerCare I need to.urgently activate prepaid SIM card that has been handed to a COVID patient in ICU. The Vodofone server was down hence were unable to activate. It was bought urgently only for thid purpose and is the only way to connect with the patient Activate urgently
