    @ViCustomerCare This problem is not a specific number problem it's a collective problem for many users so establish a Vi network in my area. Location+Village-Barwan Ratti Patti, Sub Division -Belthara Road, District -Ballia UP East,Pin :-221716 Kindly look into this problem a fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?
