    @ViCustomerCare @irda_qc customer care Executive said that within 2 hr old postpaid sim card will stop working and than insert the new one and dial 59059 and sim card will be activated.

    @ViCustomerCare hello please help today 1 march i recharge 719 on my number 7449626482 but i don't get proper full data limit only show 1.5gb but i got in offer 2gb per day additional 5gb i got it.. And also my plan exist plan expire on 3rd march so i totally got 3gb/Day..(1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Hey, VI, your sim card with heavy international roaming pack stopped working all suddenly. No signal as of now for 2 days. If this is not resolved asap, it would be a disaster for me and would need to abandon the sim all together

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not the one disappointed, I've seen your lack of concern first hand years ago and ported out. Wife has been holding on due to some false sense of loyalty, you've now managed push her off the edge. No coming back from this. Just fix this damn issue.
