    @ViCustomerCare Dear team. I had done my MNP in vodafone at vodafone mini store sultanpur UP it's three days since my sim is active vodafone mini store person is not doing FRC. And even not picking up my call. I'm frustrated worst service by vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, kindly improve your customer support team. Whenever I am calling regarding some issues, they are saying "due to system related work they are unable to see anything" as well as they are unable to fo call me also after fixing the issue!

    @ViCustomerCare 9787132202 I am using uae roaming pack and activated FULLY DND. BUT PER DAY ALMOST 5 TO 10CALLS RECEIVING FROM PROMOTIONAL CALLS LIKE CREDIT CARD, BANK LOAN ETC. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND ROAMING PACKAGE IS USED BY ATTENDING PROMOTIONAL CALLS.

    @ViCustomerCare When there is no network most of the location then what's the use of ott or whatever. Any cost is high for vodafone. Not only that they threat cancel num if you request for portout. Disgusting. Criminal

    @ViCustomerCare VI are real thugs... Even after 3 months they say that the complaint is under investigation. Real thugs... And now they have even cancelled everyone's Netflix membership. Time for India to leave VI and join Airtel and Jio. At least you will get what they promise

    @ViCustomerCare in times when SIM get activated in 5 min Vi takes 3 days and still waiting for my sim to get activated,worst service ever time to move .
