    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    Every alternate month I have to face the same problems. Are you guys going to refund the money I recharge for this useless service? It takes your team 10-15 days just to fix basic network issues. @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
