    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

Kindly issue a fresh, valid eSIM QR code and resolve the problem asap. I look forward to your call and a proper resolution.
