@ViCustomerCare Dear vi Mujhe aap agent ne call kiya or galt jankari di or mera number port cancel krawaya or mujhe 3 months ke liye free 3Gb/day, unlimited calling & 100 sms/day dene ke liye 3:10 Second ke bad ki recording aap sun skte hai mai toll-free number pe senior nhi m.

@ViCustomerCare hey.... Aisha i really appreciate but you guys have to understand we postpaid user want something better no. everyone using prepaid jio airtel even vodafone at low cost. still if someone opting for postpaid then he/she deserve better Service.

@ViCustomerCare I am experiencing heavy problems with VI network network bars are full but I can not even browse at 2gb speed you say yourself giganet but I bet you your are not even kilonet. Plz do something guys improve your internet I spent 400/month on ur network

@MVikasRajputt @ViCustomerCare I was requested them to surrender my number before 4 month but they don't do. N now they send 3 month bill.n call center service representative beheve like a taori recovery agent

Roamed the whole of Bardez & Tiswadi with my phone in the sky. My Vi network has been gone for 2 days straight. Paid bills. Did network troubleshoot - not an airplane mode problem. @ViCustomerCare No point in paying for this no show. Will change providers tomorrow.
