@ViCustomerCare So what is happening to my complaint .. its march 12th, my bill is generated. on Monday, i will do port with @Airtel_Presence That's it. You guys failed to resolve an issue that started way back in Nov/21 and its March/22. I still cant send SMS from my iPhone.

@ViCustomerCare no singal indoors, poor signals quality on outdoor as well, 4G internet even slower than a 3G network. do i need more reasons? why even im paying for your good for nothing service. my word of advice for Vi, if you want to survive on this market please improve your network.

@ViCustomerCare - your 5G service is the worst ! Internet sites opening slowly, messages on whatsapp going through after an hour ... please get your service sorted .. else you leave me no choice but to port to another provider

@djparryn @ViCustomerCare They are robbers and frauds, customer service calls on international roaming building up my charges. They are the most disgusting customer service I have ever faced and wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. My resolve still pending.

@ViCustomerCare calling me continuous on international roaming increasing my bill amount. To resolve a 1444 charge issue it has costed me 1000 already. I want to PORT my number to @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare now 7 vi service staff has called me, all not knowing why did they call me. The last called called me only to cut the call when I told him the issue. @TRAI . I want to port to @airtelindia Vodafone fraudulent IR data usage charges on data being switched off.

Vodafone such a froud telecom company and u have very bad app .when I recharge validity service it's shows ur exp date in Apr and now my validity service cut on March that's why u are losing frequently ur coustomer.@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia
