    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I have had the worst experience till date from your service centre at Liberty Garden, Malad West. I had to visit your store twice and still your system was giving an error, inspite of that I was asked to go to the Xerox shop to take a ID copy.

    @ViCustomerCare do you guys even have actual people working for Vi or is it just bots to send messages. Customer care numbers are not working. Tele verification no 59059 is not getting connected. What ******** exactly are you doing. Nd over the top your Vic bot is super ******.

    @ViCustomerCare People from Maharashtra not able to connect at our number 9099965787 It is asking to add 0 before the number when user is adding 0 then also it is asking again to add 0. Finally our customer is not able to connect. Please provide the solution at topmost priority.
