@ViCustomerCare "UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POSTPAID ISSUE" I lost my sims one is Airtel one is VI Both are prepaid sims. i went to stores to get my sims back i submitted all documents. I got airtel sim in 10 days which is prepaid.i got VI sim after 3 months which is postpaid.I want prepaid @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare has the worst customer service. There is no similarity between what their representatives offer, what the actual offer is. They not only give the bluff of problem solution in 24 hrs / 48hrs but also do mentally torture. @VodafoneGroup

Hello! Your Speed Related related complaint for 9052492990 with reference number 3OTM6MZWJD is resolved. @ViCustomerCare I getting this message but don't solve my problem 26 March my sim showing no services fully shutdown
