    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.     @ViCustomerCare TWEET (2/6) Your network team even visited my area. Later, I was told that waterlogging at the serving site prevented network optimization, and my complaint was closed. How can the same excuse continue for almost 3 years without a permanent solution?

    @ViCustomerCare - why the heck you guys are not letting me separate my connection from family postpaid . I have requested it in the morning and you guys are only giving missed calls and letting me move out of vi. I will have to raise complaint with consumer caurt now

    Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Multiple calls, same responses, but no resolution. The issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. I am now proceeding with a complaint on the Consumer Affairs portal. Please resolve this immediately.

    Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia
