    @ViCustomerCare Thank you vi what a speed in my area twitted previously and done all things you told me do that.still this situation .dont msg me like send private msg and bla bla you should improve your network. My pin code 413133 no 4g speed and I am using 3g (40-80kb)

    @ViCustomerCare If your number comes in Spam / blocked list I can't help. My phone detects and blocks such calls. Both my numbers are very much available and I get regular calls from non spam numbers

    @ViCustomerCare very arrogant and idiots agents in VI. They are not providing solutions. VI is so poor is they have not any tech team ?? Himani the agent who forward the call to supervisor. She didn't mentioned name & say switch to other Company. Very bad behaviour.

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously do u even do anything or just say we r working. Including today it will be 3days I don't have network showing no service. Missing imp calls, otp. Just telling we have logged the ticket will not help. No network....do u really understand what that means ?
