    @ViCustomerCare how do I port to other service provider, I have been using VI postpaid from last 5 years, but now I'm fed up of network issue and unnecessarily paying bills, not even able to convert it to prepaid

    @ViCustomerCare Looking forward to have resolution. Phone already has required balance. Outgoing calls are still working fine but SMS incoming and outgoing impacted massively

    @ViCustomerCare I have too many Vi numbers. But today I am referrg to 750*. When I was browsing at 4.00 AM, internet was non-existent or very slow. Only after I recharged, normal 4G speed started. This happens every month. Why do you want private messages. Waiting for yr reply.

    @ViCustomerCare I was trying to raise PO request but its getting failed,so i called CC(refno300673260327) and he informed me to recharge with certain amount then only i will be able to raise PO request i wanted to re confirm? So that i can raise complaint to competent authority

    @ViCustomerCare Stop this cheap tricks of reverting on Twitter and not bothering to call and have a solution to the problem. It’s moreover coz you’ll are waiting to fine me for late bill payment. This is the most bizarre network and treatment I’ve received from a customer service perspective.
