    @ViCustomerCare Thank you vi what a speed in my area twitted previously and done all things you told me do that.still this situation .dont msg me like send private msg and bla bla you should improve your network. My pin code 413133 no 4g speed and I am using 3g (40-80kb)

    @ViCustomerCare I have very clearly given all details, why is your team calling me again and again and asking for the same details yet once again. This is plain customer harassement. You wake up suddenly one day and customer has to go through the entire thing, yet once again....this is a joke

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting No Service since yesterday here in Bengaluru. Even if I want to raise a complaint in the Vi app, I can't because I need an OTP sent to my mobile number to login which I can't get because there is No Service.This is terrible, please resolve this ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I got reply frm ur side.. Hi Anukul! I am here to help you. As per our system checks and records, there is a data usage found in the on your number 86XXXXXX33 from 24 Dec '22 07:21 PM to 08:52 PM and the usage is 1.32 MB. 1/2
