@VodafoneIN hey Vodafone im at Maa Tripura Sundri Temple umrai talwada dis. Banswara no Vodafone network at all its such shame lot’s of people use Vodafone services and when they come here no network please install new Vodafone tower at Tripura Sundri Temple Banswara, Rajasthan

@ViCustomerCare We have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. GUJ-V00600812136 The expected resolution date is 02 Sep '21 6:00PM. @ViCustomerCare Your CC executive today told me that asked timeline was not for resolution but to investigate the fault!! Read the word again, resolution.

@ViCustomerCare As per the VI app I have seen that more than 150 GB in my account on 31st August, but now I have seen that only 30GB in my account, while every month 40GB fix +20 GB data, credited in my account, how it is possible, please explain. will not stay more with VI.

@ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that my new DSA SIM No: 89910273303001955154 (Corporate Connection) is activated now, but there is no network/signal is showing in my iPad, hence unable to use the internet. Please look up on this & kindly resolve the issue immediately.
