  @ViCustomerCare Yes. I got call from Vi. I was that my issue will n resolved by 1 June. Today is 7th day of same issue. Disgusting!! Vi will keep resolving tickets w/o proper resolution & keep opening new ones to gain time. I m just waiting for 16th June when I pack get over so that I can PORT.

  @ViCustomerCare 50 rs from my balance got deducted for some mydala powered scheme, which I did not activated. And customer support is of no help. Last month also it happened and they refunded the money. And now again. What kind of loot is this?

  @ViCustomerCare I am getting daily rude calls from your team since 3-4 months for bill payment of mobile number which has been cancelled from my side last year. The VI store has written twice to central team but still the bills keep on generating every month @VodaIdea_NEWS

  I have called the customer service thrice and no response. I have emailed, and even contacted the service on whatsApp, but no response. @ViCustomerCare is of no help. My balance got deducted for a service I did not activate and I demand refund.

  @ViCustomerCare Till d time u plan to so called prioritise . DEMAND COMPENSATION 4 d Mental trauma,disservice n shame at workplace due 2 n/w fluctuation, no data signal on call & call drops. To top reduced phone life needin replacmnt in 6mnths. Demand REDX PLAN for 1 yr till u restore srvc.
