  @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

  Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

  No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

  @ViCustomerCare Very poor network in my home at ultima lifestyle near Savita hospital wagodia road Vadodara, 390019. In my rooms or hall I am not able to use Internet properly.

  After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

  @ViCustomerCare Do you still have customer care representatives or it’s just automated options? For a non working sim yuh are sending sms for troubleshooting? Insane!!
