@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, My whole work is dependent on your internet but whenever there is a power cut in my area along with that VI network also gets cut-off. Which hampers my work a lot and during the current situation of COVID I can't afford to move somewhere else from my hometown.

@ViCustomerCare How do the caller tune service get activated on its own? On top of that if we fail to stop ourselves you will be charging 99 rs for the same. This practice should be stopped by the telecom companies.

@ViCustomerCare My sim got disconnected all of sudden n demanded money. When i tried for reason at store they demanded 75rs for Sim X. I didn't get the way of collection of money from customer. If you want to money you would have demanded rather asked i would have paid happily.

@ViCustomerCare dont send false tweet.U hv denied meporting2prepaid since 2020 &ur years of degraded n/w worse than 3G service since 2015 have caused lot of mental trauma & u cant fix it immediately.And u plan to compensate 4 these probs by a cheap 100rs.I hv demanded 150 discount for 2021full
