@ViCustomerCare what's wrong with Vi? My incoming calls have been barred just within a week of pack expiry, isn't this too soon. Maybe I should think about PORTING my sim after being your customer for years. I also recharged with a limited validty plan, still I CAN'T make a call!

@ViCustomerCare whenever I call network goes back to 2G from Volte.. I don't understand this.. either I can make call or use internet. Please look into this. As my plan is expired I don't want to recharge again.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare very pathetic customer service. It's been 2 weeks within which my connection disconnected and resume again and you are now coming and saying #HappyToHelp . There is a compulsion to be connected with you otherwise VI was never my choice. #disappointed
