    @ViCustomerCare you are the worst telecom operator,as simply give false assurances.For long time facing network, internet problem.your executive says above r optimized,hence not prepared to accept my issue.on porting u reduced rs 100 to retain me, this won't work

    @ViCustomerCare LOL.......Disscued Kirandeep....He told me that the issue will be resolved within 90 days.... it's very long time for issue resolution... tell me that any alternative options for issue... thanks

    @ViCustomerCare No response? The 14th is gone. I was promised by Vi that my issue will be resolved by 14th Jul'21 midnight, but as expected the result is negative. No action has been taken by Vi to resolve my issue. Thanks Vi for giving pathetic services @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 2 months, you make note & register complaint and next day you send sms marking then as resolved. Last time I received call from your team asking me to send the unsolicited sms and call log to email instead of twitter DM but she didn't provided me email ID. @DoT_India
