@JM_Scindia kindly have a look at the freedom you have given companies like @ViCustomerCare to mentally harass the customer. Been more than a month and still not a single customer care executive is even promising a resolution. All they have to say is ‘we shall give you an update.

@ViCustomerCare When i call the number shared in DM ,the person otherside speaks only in Hindi. He/She doesn't know English! @TRAI This is Totally unfair. Some foreigner during visit to India how will they manage to speak to customer care?

@ViCustomerCare You need to get your employees to be more responsive in the right way they usually go around circles when all we need is a solution and that causes a web of lies no wonder customers are leaving the network I’ll be next
