@ViCustomerCare I raised the concern, in the app they mentioned that the request is processed and in mails everytime your service team asked me to wait for another 3 days. Also, it is not easy to call your customer care from different country. Your Appellate team is also numb. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone postpaid by almost 9 years. Now they are creating lots of issues day by day. Most of them caused because of wrong information by your team and frequent plan changes in short notices.

I then re-tried through another payment mode & the recharge was successful. @ViCustomerCare says they don't have a record of the failed txn and are asking me to check with the bank for assistance. Kindly advise and help me get my 719/- back. Screenshots attached. @amazonIN

I am very much surprised by @ViCustomerCare ,there is Pathetic service all over India,No proper Internet,no calling properly but bill wanted from time to time. Plz Stop advertisement for best service. #patheticTelecom I am planning to switch to Airtel. @airtelindia
