@ViCustomerCare Very irritating Network 😡😡 Worst 😡 I have recharged my number today. But Outgoing Services has not been started yet. I Called to Vi Customer care...they told me that Call me After 4hrs. I don't understand what is going on. Please help. @TRAI @DoT_India
