    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever service experienced in Kandivali east Thakur village store in Mumbai. No proper resolution of complaints. if we have to call ur customer care no then what is d use of opening customer care center offline. please do close this centers. y wasting money?

    @ViCustomerCare I was sent a bill of 14450 but later i was told it was indeed 18980. My services were barred so i had to pay the bill even though my case was under investigation. Worst service provider who is looting the customer

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , whatever issues you are having, resolve them before 12.30 pm. IST. This is quite frustrating. The internet is not working at all. I am unable to call anyone. I have an imp task to do at 12.30 pm so please kindly consider resolving this matter.
