@VodafoneIN the signal strength and connectivity speeds on 4G are horrible. usually speeds are around 900kbps.. Request the technical team to call and visit my premises and resolve the issue. I have been trying to resolve since long time..

@ViCustomerCare Do not recharge ever using vi app it's a fraud app. if you do recharge and your recharge failed then do not refund the amount and talk about your other recharges history they do not talk about it if yousend screenshot they do not read it they are in so hurry to avoid your issues.

I am surprused by ur service. @ViCustomerCare . My Mom is ur Customer since 2003.I Complained customer care on behalf of my mom regarding 4G Network which she is experiencing from past 6 days, where ur technician said they improve much.
