Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a recharge of an unlimited pack which had 200 Mb data and unlimited calling for 2 days. However I can't make any calls nor browse the internet. Please resolve the issue!

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

@ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

@TelecomTalk @VodafoneIN it's better they should come back with Rs 99/- postpaid plain WE were in #IDEA because of discontinue of this Rs 99 plan we had to forcefully go to prepaid & later MNP to other network as idea merged it's network became worst & till going downwards
