    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone, I am facing problem in using internet from almost 1 month. There is one more SIM in my family, his internet is working fine but it is not working on my number at my house. I have talked to customer care many times but no solution was found.

    @ViCustomerCare had been to your store for ownership change. Customer service executive is not customer centric. Have again called me tomorrow. They want me to take a higher plan. I am a postpaid customer since more than 20 years.

    @ViCustomerCare Shared issue with your engineer. Even sending him whatsapp messages took more than 30 minutes this is what **** speed in town in every evening!! Yet @ViCustomerCare not ready to take action. I am paying for recharge i want 4g speed network every hour not for specific times
