    @ViCustomerCare provides poor support to its customers. The local stores cannot initiate the process of sim replacement and state various reasons to counter the inefficiency.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the poor customer service from Vi. Why it need 3 days for any complaint resolution. Please improve yourself. That's why most of the customers are leaving VI because of poor customer service from VI . I am postpaid customer and you are giving this type of service #vi #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Plz help me i had visit at vi showroom for duplicate sim but they told convert into postpaid ur sim is closed while my mother sim is activate i asked customer care they also confirmed ur mother is activate but vi showroom said convert into postpaid
