    @ViCustomerCare I have talk to the customer care also they clearly say you can only replace your SIM through VI store or Mini store only

    @ViCustomerCare I m a customer of Vi My sim is not working and in mobile showing no SIM card I contact by nearest retailor they are saying that my SIM is damage you have to replace it by going to vi store and my SIM is of other state and now I am in other state and facing problem

    @ViCustomerCare Even after complaining again and again issue isnt resolved. Customer service should be on top priority. Thats really bad of u guys. Its 4th day. Same issue.. What to do now? I cant change my no. Otherwise i would not ask again and again.
