    @ViCustomerCare Abysmal customer service. Please check my mail on a complaint regarding UAE international roaming. My refund of INR 4.5k is pending, and yet you guys choose to close the complaint raised on the VI app, without resolving it. Disgusted with the response.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to send SMS since last 1 months but unable to do so and now your representative called and said my services expired yesterday but I want to know why I was unable to send any SMS before the expiration of service despite of having balance in my account.

    @ViCustomerCare Need to improve there customer service. since yesterday it's troublesome for me to receive their call inspite of telling them the genuine reason of me converting my port from Vodafone. also telling them about my issue and my reasons for the same, they have tried.
