    Hi Vodafone Idea, I recharged ₹30 data pack but it is still not activated. Money is deducted but no service yet. This is very disappointing. Please resolve this immediately. #VI #CustomerSupport @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare very poor and pathetic service, chor company hai Customer ka pocket mai dhaketi daalti hai. I purchased a number rs 5900+300 and number got inactive with 3 days. Last 3 month mai customer care se followup le raha hu, but no one help me

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only
