@ViCustomerCare such a ****** service wasn't expected. Social media team called, Vi store called and promised to resolve the problem. But shockingly when I'm here at the store they have no Idea that they had a complaint registered and neither the customer care executive answering

@ViCustomerCare Customer care executive are so smart that they directly close my complaint if i dont receive calls of them as i was busy in work I m still facing problem of no incoming call from airtel, bsnl in VoLte even in mumbai location. i have turn off VoLte to receive calls
