    @ViCustomerCare Message received from Vi Care team …. Hi, we tried calling you a few times to understand more about your network issue but were unable to reach you. You may register a new complaint by calling 198 if problem persists.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Wow, i bet i will change my sim to vi Reply me See i am from Rajasthan Udaipur There my friend bought Vi sim and he regrets Due to low connectivity issues Sometimes he can’t even make calls Currently i am in Bangalore I don’t know condition here And please give me reasons

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India For the past month, the network drops constantly, internet stops working for 30 minutes after running for just 5 minutes, and 'G' appears. Completely poor service! Please resolve this permanently. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue
