    @dada_bhagat @ViCustomerCare Always whenever the bill date is generated network will be down. When ever we register a complaint I don't understand after two days your problem is resolved @DoT_India

    @mkannan @ViCustomerCare Just port out. They aren't able to sustain their network. Ur issue will not be resolved. Talking from my own experience.

    @ViCustomerCare If my issue is not resolved within 48 hours and I get my money back, I will surrender/deactive or mnp my VI number to other company. Also I will file a complaint on the consumer affairs department. @PiyushGoyalOffc pls check once.
