No vodafone network since 4 months, yes 4 months! Unable to make or receive any calls. And no jio fibre wifi yet again this month. So basically just stranded. Horrible services @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Blatant scam by Vi. Recharged early to get Netflix add-on (paid extra), but couldn’t activate it. Vi blames a “backend glitch,” gives no fix date, and refused a refund. Complaint closed without resolution Vi blames Netflix. Netflix has nothing to do with it

@ViCustomerCare Solution is such that you and other operators have to add more towers in the vicinity of Naigaon Station to improve network, even in empty trains there is so much network issue, can’t even speak about when trains are crowded, it feels like we land up in stone age times.

@ViCustomerCare i repeat never ever do vodafone idea international roaming for EGYPT. They will charge you charges without giving you network and if you dont pay they will suspend your sim and later they will say we will refund you 50% amount. Such a fraud network. Airtel is best
