Ankur Modani (@ankurmodani) reported@ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

Kumar Mausum (@KumarMausum) reportedIf I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.
