    @ViCustomerCare Mobile netkork tower located at : Near Police Station, Sanguem, South Goa, Goa is 4G network outge since several days. We can see 2G & 3G but no 4G is available. And Internet dose not work at all on 2g & 3g even if it's available

    @ViCustomerCare I have had the most horrible experience from you guys since I opted for MNP. 15 days ago you promised me network will improve, No improvement, yesterday I decided to move to jio and since then I am being tortured by your rude customer service.+918657964138.

    @ViCustomerCare complaint #C003-106440479039 dated 15-Jun-2021 & complaint #C003-106592243721 dated 19-Jun-2021 still open, resolution is far, you guys don’t even respond. No communication yet. Can’t you even provide resolution forVoWIFI services.??? So pity of you.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @amitagrawal2212 Frustrated with bad service by Vi I decided to switch to Airtel and now I am getting calls from Vi care asking me to send SMS to cancel the request pretending to be from Airtel. Having worked in telecom I recognized deception (1/2)
