    @ViCustomerCare Tired of following after your team. Internet not working even after multiple recharges. And the Vi app just makes things worse rather than helping. All agents reply with, " we do not have authority". I don't know where all there authority is concentrated.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India please activate out going SMS for ₹99 pack recharging people it’s help us in emergency times to block atm etc… charge for it from our main balance no problem but activate the feature we are in digital era
