@ViCustomerCare Hi, my new bill will be generated on 25th. I am following up for this issue in its 6th month. Please generate the bill without charges 100Rs. for VAS that I had unsubscribed for else it is tedious to ask for reversal later in its 6th month continually.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Got a call from +917838441920 today customer service of VI. Worst Mobile service Company & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE team in whole world. The Engineers have no knowledge how to fix network problem & rude customer service. Shame on you.
