    @ViCustomerCare wow, you have changed my plan again and this is really not acceptable. We are paying unnecessarily for 5g with no 5g service. I did not port this earlier but this time certainly I will after so many years with the postpaid connection. Shame on you guys !

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic network in Delhi, SIM barely works, and customer care keeps blatantly lying. Instead of removing late charges, they force-added Paytm Autopay. Worst service, zero accountability.

    @ViCustomerCare The customer is complaining that the recharge plan shown is different from the one that is actually activated. I need an immediate solution to this, otherwise I will raise my voice against this issue.The plan advertised for ₹299

    @ViCustomerCare What is so secret in what you have shared in DM? You could have said the same in ooen forum.. It was expected anyway that you would directly transfer the onus on bank app even before investigating the issue.. Pathetic services.. This is the reason why Vi is losing customers daily

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying for converting postpaid sim to prepaid for my father who can't walk to the store due to his age. Please help. Spoke with store and as per his suggestions tried on 198 / 199 but no help is available.
