Hi @ViCustomerCare, mobile got deactivated without any notice.There is no reason provided. I am abroad and cannot submit documents immediately. Now it is more than 72 hours no response from Vi team. Pls ack my DMs. Pls treat it as URGENT and activate the number. Thanks.

@ViCustomerCare I am using a VI sim for around 8 months and this is the 7th time I am complaining. I am not receiving any messages, important otps ,While calling my sim just goes into 2g, My messages are not getting delivered many times. Literally the worst service provider .

@ViCustomerCare I don't care if you have "on air sites, current sites prevailing" the fact of the matter is that I am not getting 4G network coverage at my location and this has been going on since 2010. I expect you to resolve this immediately @DoT_India @TRAI
