  @ViCustomerCare Please pass my thanks to Gaurav from your helpdesk who was quickly able to identify my problem and enabled the right IR service which I was trying to explain for past 5 days. Finally after 5 days now all is working fine. Pls update your knowledge base and move Gaurav to tech desk
