@ViCustomerCare This answer is again irritating me. Even I am using another VI sim in bihar (same location) and it support VOLTE and I enjoyed fully VOLTE features in that sim. But you are saying Bihar don't have VOLTE support in VI .I am fully disagree and very disappointed with VI service.

@ViCustomerCare There has been no response of any kind on my SMS issue for almost 10 hours since I shared you my Vi number in DM. SBI ATM won't allow you to even withdraw money without OTP these days. The first thing I am going to do when my SMS gets working is to port to @JioCare.

@ViCustomerCare i am not at all able to use the data, there is no proper network signals i have recently reacharged my VI sim with unlimited double data pack and now not able to use evn 20% of total data due to worst connectivity of VI look in this matter .dissapointed by VI
