@ViCustomerCare We all, today on 24 June 2022, we all are experiencing no internet on any VI sim. I had already planned a essential video meeting including my interview. VI suddenly planned a upgradation of network at these hours in middle of day with out any notification.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ViCustomerCare - I have already called you customer care number they didn't took my complaint on wrong billing and not intimating that when plan is changed in sept 21 the balance data(160 GB) will be unavailable to use after 6 months.kndly check frm ur side.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Now HOW #Vi is going to compensate for my unrepairable loss of mine. I had lost a job i wanted due to Vi's upgradation caused no internet. Vi didn't inform/ intimate us for any upgradation timing so that I can plan some better reliable service for interview
