    According to your press release, Vodafone 5G services were scheduled to be launched in Kharagpur, West Bengal, by the end of June. Today is July 3rd, and the service has still not been activated in this area. Could you please clarify why there has been a delay? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare it is simply pathetic, you are not able to deliver a small thing called SIM ! ordered on June 26th, and today is 2nd July, now you are saying that: Hi! Your complaint related to Digital activation (for SIM not delivered) with reference no. DEL-V02136428302 has
