@ViCustomerCare new plans with no outgoing sms is allowed are ridiculous. If I am sending sms you can use charge me but not allowing it, really pathetic. That's why you are losing customers. One more down...

@ViCustomerCare : My prepaid number is not working and I emailed you 72 hours ago, still no response and I contacted customer care no multiple times, the agent refused to address any complaints related to the prepaid number, so Vi doesn't care about Prepaid numbers?

@ViCustomerCare What's wrong with your upload speed? You guys raised your prepaid plans prices to the sky, but your speeds and ping (Latency) are still sucks. Fix it, otherwise cut down your prices. I think both imposible for you(Improvement in network or cut the price). Right???
