Its surprising that your finance department is able to call asking for bill payment but you are not

    @ViCustomerCare It's over now! Already switched to Airtel now after huge harassment & disappointment from the Customer Care! But I am Glad that at least the Social Media team is taking pain to interact with the consumers and trying to address their grievances.

    5. Update - As per @ViCustomerCare , the number, about which the whole hullabaloo is all about, does not exist in their network! So my dear folks, why the heck are you troubling me with your recovery calls? (Already got 3 today)

    @ViCustomerCare it's third visit to vi store but no solution, I have already shared my problem, I want to migrate post to prepaid my 2 numbers, but vi store always misguided me and said some error from it team, it's happen 3days back also, vi store does not want to migrate,
