Kumar Mausum (@KumarMausum) reportedIf I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.
