    @ViCustomerCare i am not able to send outgoing SMS and customer care says I need to recharge 128 for this. I can't even eat send the PORT sms as well. This ks stupid.

    @ViCustomerCare So acc to Bot Cust Care Exec of VI. Rameshwaram is 1300km from Srilanka. After Q’ng, he quotes “Sir u r lying it is 1300km, TN is up, SL is down to India”.This is quality level. He is just not listening n speaking same thing like Bot. M “Happy to help” with Google Maps.
