    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    @ViCustomerCare Dear vodafone, your customer service is not appropriate. My relationship no 185394817. And when I visit 3days ago for pay my bill after my accident your VI store person person demand 1250Rs extra. Else number will not be activated. Need immediate support.

    Worst experience from vi network. l port my sim into vi. After 2 days my sim start working but my outgoing and incoming services are not activated. Also i can't able to use data services. Their customer care representative also not providing satisfactory response.@ViCustomerCare

    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India
