    @ViCustomerCare Since 12 Oct 21 no one could work it out for necessary resolution. You all there are responsible for Vodafone Idea's present pathetic condition. That's why people say that Vi is on death bed.

    @ViCustomerCare what i shame. A bot is far better than the human you have to respond to customer issue. They have no clue of the concern and keep repeating the automated answer.
