    @ViCustomerCare I am in Dubai. I can't get signal on my sim. Settings are all correct. this problem is there for last 10 days. Complaining on your app doesn't help. I clearly filed a complaint. Complaint numbers are given. The complaint was then closed without any response.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup, Your team's inability to resolve an issue is resulting in our business loss. You migrated us from PRI to SIP a month back and since then the circuit is erratic. Your support team is passing the buck and not able to resolve the issue. Worst Service

    @ViCustomerCare Hey VI yesterday 2nd July from morning till upto 3PM Your network was optional , the speed was amazing and no lag or Latency was there, but after 3 PM it went back to laggy network. So whatever settings or DNS servers you were using , please go back to it.

    @ViCustomerCare My number 9986874685 has been getting charged for mobile data (International roaming) since the past 4 days even when I am not using any data. Sim has been disabled, still the bill (7k) has been increasing daily. CC of no help. Really poor service.

    @ViCustomerCare facing too much call drop & very slow internet speed even i cannot able to send messages. Although i tried to contact customer care but call disconnected every time in last step. Please do something if you can do.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone, please stick to your promise that you provide better service but mine network speed is 0.0 Mbps. May be that's your fastest Speed you provided to your costomers or you are happy to make your costomers fool. Atleast don't tell any lie to us. Thanku.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service. No wonder it is losing market share and falling like a pack of cards.even God cannot save with such passionless employees. Two times been to the store gave Aadhar card, guy took photo and when asked why activation not done, they cooly say cancelled
