    @ViCustomerCare I have ordered the new vi fancy number on 5 the April but it still has not delivered. I called the customer service daily but they just said your new sim will be delivered by evening. Order id DCHD05042685530

    Applied for port from Airtel to VI on 3 April, still pending as of 9 April. Exceeded 3–5 days timeline as per TRAI guidelines. Airtel says under process, no resolution yet. UPC Code: AB248146 @AirtelIndia @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    I always tweet about VI experience and once again I'm here with worst possible experience by VI and this time my 2 months plan is going to over in 2 days and I'll change my sim and i won't use forever it gives the worst possible network and internet in very area.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.
