  @ViCustomerCare My service request was rejected due to “document mismatch,” but no specific reason or details have been provided. I’m also unable to reach customer care, as the call gets disconnected automatically every time I try. Please look into this issue.

  @ViCustomerCare There has been no update for a week, and I received the same response 3–4 days ago as well. I’m not sure why such a simple issue is taking so long to resolve. Could someone please call me and help get this resolved? Also, same Vi store preson is not responding now
