    @ViCustomerCare I have been reporting issues with my phone for many months, no action has been taken. Data speeds are very in our colony in HYD, a whatsApp message takes 2 min to get sent . Plz fix this sending connection info in DM

    @DoT_India Sir ,@ViCustomerCare is totally bluffing with us. I agree they called but both time call disconnected after some time . After first call drop while they realised evidence is in front of them they don’t call me after 2nd call drop. Again yesterday their is no network for 30min.

    @ViCustomerCare how much do you charge for porting from postpaid to prepaid in ur same network?? i was charged 700₹ for porting to prepaid... Store owner said 300₹ is for plan change fee... 50₹ for sim cost and 350 ₹ for one month plan

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @VodafoneGroup Following up on 6th day on my SIM deactivation from last 5 months. No solution till now, just back and forth email. I have been telling so many times now how urgent and important it is for me. Loyal cust from last 12 year, still no cust satisfaction.
