    @ViCustomerCare your network is really very bad in Vapi GIDC area (google map location- (20.3666017, 72.9158155). We have complained to your customer support many times but no one cares. So we have decided to port out our number to another operator. Airtel network is great there.

    @ViCustomerCare - I am using Vodafone when it was called Hutch. I have raised the complaint regarding the network issue at my home several times but nothing happened. If that was not resolved then I might to move on.

    No matter how many times I complain one thing is for sure .. @ViCustomerCare can never improve its connectivity. Your so called 4G sucks.. pathetic .. @TRAI can’t connect to anything and call drops to next level. #VodaIdea

    @ViCustomerCare i regret porting to VI from Airtel, internet doesn't work at all, the network is terrible, and there is no VOLTE, What are my options except throwing this sim card away
