  @ViCustomerCare I'm really an old customer, switched back again to vi for the past 6 months. Now the 4G network coverage in my area is so pathetic I can't even use the internet for my basic use.

  @ViCustomerCare Why am I not able to make any calls to numbers starting with 1860. Nearly every bank's support number starts with 1860 including @AxisBankSupport and I can't make any support calls.

  @ViCustomerCare What a terrible service provided by VI bought new postpaid connection one month back now got know about fake advertisment by vi about its terrible network and internet. Customer service is simply terrible shame on you Vi customer service.
