    Dear @VodafoneIN ,I am Staying in #balwana #rajasthan There was big issue related to Network Connectivity at my village,I have called many times to Vodafone service and Many people have complaint about this and there was no action taken by #vodafone related to this issue. #issue

    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer retention team called and matched the corporate plan 299 instead of the entertainment 399 when I wanted to port out. Now I see that 299 has been applied only for 6 months? Please honor your commitment or there’s nothing stopping me to port out or simply stop paying

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI some issue the number got deactivate for which the consumer reached out the company to activate the same number but the company is stating that only postpaid connection can be alloted for the same number instead of any prepaid connection.

    @ViCustomerCare my sim is not working and i told your customer care they are only change my sim from old to new and recharge of RS 155/- but still sim not activated and even staff didn't know what do? Worse staff of Udaipur city VI Care Udaipole.. i loss recharge amount and....

    @ViCustomerCare In my area Jio is working with 5G very fine and now VI has stopped working 4G in my area. What ******** your team members are doing with network team with last 5 days. Kindly refund my recharge amount i will port out my sim card

    Hey @ViCustomerCare my incoming and outgoing messages are not going even after recharge seems like they were send but never get any message what is the problem ? Please look into it because it is very important
