  Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

  @ViCustomerCare False promise has become the habit seems at your end. To cancel my number port you guys promised door delivery of new 5g Sim as I had network issue, but even after 3 days of regular follow up, no delivery yet and Vi app has no details of same. App is worse to use.

  @ViCustomerCare At my location your network is very Slow, you should provide atleast 4g in full speed 🙏 after that I will purchase and many people are tired from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and jio's high charges

  @ViCustomerCare Recently i bought caller-tune service however the callertune says some vodafone message at beginning. Which is taking first 5 seconds of caller tune.  Why vodafone is making their publicity for a service for i am paying.. kindly refund my money immediately..

  @ViCustomerCare -Hello Team, I recently completed a recharge of INR 4,999 for my wife's Vi number. The amount has been deducted from my account, yet the recharge has still not been processed due to technical issues at Vi. This is extremely disappointing & unacceptable.
