@VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

I raised complaint many times about the network issue but noone contacted me for it's resolution. Network is very bad that if you want to talk to a person, it atleast take 4 5 attempts to make a call. Also, it cuts automatically when you are talking Mb#7408834898 @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare unnecessarily spamming my number with useless value added services which was never subscribed by me and deducting balance. Worst network. You would soon lose a customer and I would make sure noone in my friends or family use Vi.

@ViCustomerCare website says my Panasonic Ray 700 is not VoLTE compatible but the other network's website shows my handset in the list of compatible devices 🤔 the phone's network settings show VoLTE in it too Wonder which of these three is lying 🤥

@ViCustomerCare The issue I am facing is speed. My downloading speed doesn't go beyond 100kbps even I have recharged 699 pack of 4G. Signals also sometimes causing problem. Thanks, Shrikant

@DoT_India I want file a complaint on this spam number, +912269054300 According to her she was calling me regarding ICICI bank and wanted my feedback of my interaction with bank. It seems phising and despite having full DND from @ViCustomerCare , I got this call.
