    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    Like its still fine you are charging customers unnecessary but such **** sms packs recharge and services are really frustrating.For balance deduction @ViCustomerCare is always available but for simple support they will be always clueless..
