Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

@VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

You hire /outsource work to illiterate morons who don’t have an ounce of manners and the only thing your VMS’s are good at is dodging, just like you all. Can’t believe @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup is in such bad hands. You lost a decade-old customer because of this. Shame

@ViCustomerCare as now a days Vodafone customer are decreasing they are charging unnecessary charges/ deductions, to fill up the gap... Fraudulent deductions, without reason.
