    @VodafoneIN I was getting very good speed till 8 PM and suddenly my speed is killed after 8 pm ... I am stuck in Rajasthan village named Lunava ... my WFH is completely dependent on Vodafone ... I am a 999/- REDX plan member plz look into this urgently ... I am on 24*7 support

    Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

    @ViCustomerCare how many times do one have to call customer care for false charges for Handset inbuilt games, games world, Telsync games, who the hell plays that, I never open, we have to stay on call for >10 mins and reversal is done in 72 hours. Not a one-time, at least once-a-month case? why?

    Useless and pathetic service given by @ViCustomerCare Paid the bill just one day after due date, its been 24 hours and the pre announcement hasnt been removed yet. Customer care told to remove sim and check still its not gone, and now theyre telling it will take 2 days more

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic speed and response here as well. Everytime new exec responds with same questions again and again without reading earlier information. Never experienced such a highest level of exploitation for explaining same simple thing since last 3 days

    @ViCustomerCare I went to their VimanNagar store at 18:30 and it was closed when the official timings are till 19:00. The customer care agents are not helpful at all since they do not have any information and suggested that I look for another vi store. 2/3

    @ViCustomerCare am not able to receive calls and nor anyone can contact me from past 2 week am facing this issue and your messaging me to wait till 12th oct.. How disgusting? How can you give a network without ICG and OG. I need a quick resolution as soon as possible.

    VI NOT REFUNDED AND ADJUST MY FIRST RECHARGE 269 RS AND VI STORE TAKE TOOK 100RS CHARGE FOR SOM REACTIVATION PLEASE HELp @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India
