Hey @vodafonein @TRAI @DoT_India, I have some problems from one month 1. Too much network problem. 2. Voice breaking during calls (Volte) 3. Internet speed becomes un responsive, not usable during peak hour. 4. Many hours call not connect & only. Came like (tuk,tuk)

@ViCustomerCare Vi internet is disturbing in my area from yesterday,it is frequently changing from 4g to 2g,even if 4g catches with merely 1 or 2 signal bar,the speed provided is very slow to access even WhatsApp messages and browsing

Finally managed to get a customer care agent on call! Totally unprofessional and a pathetic agent was on call. Didn't even tried to understand my problem. @ViCustomerCare

@VodafoneIdeaIN #vodafoneidea I am being harresed by collection rowdies on bill which I don't vow and I have written multiple mails no reply @consumerforum_ @ViCustomerCare I was a customer for 12 years and due to network issues I ported out and I cleared my bills during port.
