    @ViCustomerCare finally decided to switch to another service provider after 16 years with Voda. Loot is happening from last 3 months with one pretext or the other. Customer service is to find customer fault not to resolve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported in my number airtel prepaid to @vi prepaid. But one thing really tantalised me, that vi doesn't allow to send sms on the pack on the recharge of Rs99(standard tarif).Sometimes sms really needed for bank verification.This is really such a bad step.
