It seems that @ViCustomerCare registered my complaint and gave me a formal call without taking any action or resolution they are closing my complaint. Too strange & in hurry to close the complaint without resolution or nowadays it's becoming a trend. @MoitOfficial #DOTSeva

@ViCustomerCare I was always pissed of with your service. And after you took down double data offer, there was no option left me to move on to another provider. But I didn't. Idk why..! I am using 1.5 gb data plan, earlier I used to use 2Gb plan with double data for 799.

It's already mid of 2022,still here in Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj, Odisha,757043 no 4g service offered from @ViCustomerCare can u please provide a date or year from which u gonna provide 4g Service?
