    @ViCustomerCare Not getting network signal on my phone since 20.03.21 restarted my phone 3-4 times, sim reinserted still not getting network. Facing issues in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, 201010. Connected the phone via wifi, even logged out from vi app, not receiving OTP to log in.

    Now in this Tim internet connection nd Very Poor and Call drop.I had also done a complete through Vi Application. But prob not solve Solve this problem otherwise I Port in other networks @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Nope. These regular #FAQ on the URL specified does not seem to be addressing this issue. There is something glitch in #4G implementation by your network team.

    So due to pathetic network I decided to switch from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel. And from the time I did the process I was further harassed all day by some 40-50 calls from different numbers dozens of messages saying my plans have been upgraded/changed per my request. 1/2
