    @ViCustomerCare Got a hilarious call from you just now, asking me to give my post-resolution feedback by responding to an SMS, regarding my complaint of NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND SMS that was closed without a resolution. The joke practically writes itself. @DoT_India @TRAI
