    @ViCustomerCare Issue 2 - In the last two Years I faced a lot of network issues . Every time I need to go to the terrace and attend the phone call and use the internet. inside home/office there is a poor network.  3/4

    @ViCustomerCare issue 1 - I was in the Postpaid plan earlier with a corporate plan of 51rs per month but without informing me you have revised the plan to 399 plan which i was not interested in. Finally I moved to Prepaid.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue 3 -When I want to send port sms to change the carrier . Your ******* rules asking me to recharge 128rs and another 10 to 20rs.( just for 1.5rs per sms i spent 138 rs) In My whole experience I planned to change the mobile carrier to airtel or jio which they already provider
