    I have been asking for a problem related to SIM to @ViCustomerCare since last 3 months. The issue had happened in the past 8 months ago last year, and I had to go to India to resolve that issue. How difficult it is for someone staying outside and trying to fix SIM card issues!!

    @Hamza_Plays_ @FCB_Hollywood @ViCustomerCare Call 199 & first you have to press 1 to know abt current pack details. Then it'll take a minute to tell whole Abt the data pack. Then they'll give option to talk to customer care at press 6.

    There’s a leakage in your network. It’s likely hacked because my data is depleting when I am not using it for any videos or even not watching much social media feed with photo or video, but only text. Also, the network availability is infrequent @ViCustomerCare
