    @ViCustomerCare i want to ask y cannot we change from postpaid to prepaid in middle of the billing cycle.. Have not u guys heard of the term "pro-rata". Pathetic sevices.. And that to we have to come between 10am to 4pm as portals are not working afterwards!!sham @VodafoneGroup

    Accidentally recharged a VI number instead of sending money. Customer Care is saying you can only reversed if you have recharged offline. Why should I support Digital India if I get better services Offline @_DigitalIndia @ViCustomerCare
