  @ViCustomerCare My Missed Call Alert service is already active as confirmed by your 199 customer care team. However, the Vi App is still showing 'Not Subscribed' and asking for ₹30 again. The phone support executive also refused to log my complaint. Kindly look into this technic

  @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.
