@ViCustomerCare Data used during 12- 6 am also debited from total data and on raising issue your call centre staff Swadhin Muni, behaved rudely and did not take complain against problem. Night Data were never debited from main data till 2 days back

@TheOfficialSBI Thanks for the delayed reply. This is not the solution for this issue. If someone asks reply this. 1. The mobile number registered to bank account should be in SIM1. 2.If your registered mobile number is @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare etc, there will be network issues. (1/n)

@ViCustomerCare why don't vi do a survey of signal strength in Lonavala at valvan, valvan gaon 1st, expressway toll naka. The technician should visit the customers and see actual signal strength and see what more can be done to improve. Or tell them change service once for all.

@ViCustomerCare Yeah. I was searching for network from 1 hour and then as soon as I recharged the network came in and you are saying that it is temporary issue. So temporary issues get resolved by recharge?
