my sim card is not working, I went to the store got a duplicate and after half hour I get a message saying it is rejected. Your customer care is unable to help & the stores in Bnglr are closed today. The help centers of other operators are working today. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to do outgoing calls from past 6 days. I have registered the complaint 5 days ago. My problem is not solved yet. Solve this problem by tomorrow or I will change into some other service. Your customer care team doesn't know how to talk.

@ViCustomerCare reasons why I ported out my voda number - poor network shaming even MTNLof past, audacity to increase prices for prepaid, no outgoing sms(you could have charged), regressive policies and no 5G. Clearly Vi mgmt team is regressive, outdated and entitled. Fire them

@ViCustomerCare why am unable to stream @DisneyPlusHS on your VI network? Rest Netflix, Discovery+ apps are streaming well. Only Hotstar keeps on loading. Kindly remove the bar on my number if any. Otherwise I need to switch with another network provider. Fix this Hotstar issue.
