    @ViCustomerCare URGENT ----- we are waiting for my brother's sim 9819930308. to be active - it's prepaid. he is at Mumbai airport - at check-in counter to fly. in next 30 mins . Please hurry up...its already 12 hours past from the sim take .. urgent help..

    @ViCustomerCare VI what the f******g crap is this now? For the past 2 hours I’m getting popup messages every 10-15 mins even when I haven’t made any calls or sent any SMSs. Are you guys taking revenge on me? Please resolve the issue rather than playing petty games.

    @ViCustomerCare Purchased a VIP postpaid number & rs.401 plan from VI app paying 2k. Now the local team is saying we can't deliver it to you because we have no systems to activate it . Such a pathetic service from VI.
