    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare says “24 hour SIM delivery” but even after 24+ hours my SIM is still not delivered. They only keep changing the delivery timeline again and again.Customer care not responding properly either.Stop showing fake 24-hour delivery ads if you cannot provide the service.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since morning, I can't see any network on my mobile,. Tried setting network manually not working, tried restarting mobile not working, tried enable and disable mobile not working, removed sim card, clean it still not working Is it Global issue or only me?

    Hello VI, I am facing a network issue in my area. VI sim shows *NO SERVICE* in Greater Noida (Pari Chowk). I am unable to receive my calls and messages. Please fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to switch my sim to another network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been almost 48 hours since I placed my order, and the SIM is still not delivered. Is this the kind of service you provide to new customers? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and share a proper update regarding the delay….

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.
