  @ViCustomerCare My number has been ported to VI yesterday. Sim is showing signal but when calling someone, is show NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK I have ejected and reinserted sim, restarted phone, put the sim in slot 1, everything. But showing same problem

  @ViCustomerCare you guys r cheating customers while porting in. Ur executives promise non-existing plan with discount over phone and after joining ur services we discover the bomb. Trapped in those 90days window of porting again, ur support team just take us for ride. #SayNo2Vi

  Left a 10+ year @ViCustomerCare Vodafone prepaid & postpaid, and it’s been a complete nightmare!😡 Terrible network indoors, constant call drops, and even after your service team "reviewed" it, nothing changed. Time to finally port out to Airtel! 👋📉 #VodafoneIdea #Vi #Network

  @ViCustomerCare My number was recently ported from Jio to Vi. I use an OPPO A78 5G. VoLTE is enabled and APN and network settings are correct. I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.

  @ViCustomerCare I recharged Rs 996 on 23rd August but the Prime membership I got with it is not working.
