    @ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.

    @ScottSwinden @ViCustomerCare Stop calling me its pointless, ur network is so bad it drops your calls as well. just ported cause I want to any everyone else in my area has already ported or bought new sim cards from other providers. Fix ur network before harassing customers to stay with a dying company!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This cannot be happening and I am gonna look for another service provider. To think it’s ok to let customers struggle with no coverage, miss emergency calls, miss packages, is appalling. I am officially done with VF.

    @ViCustomerCare Every time we face bill issue. CustomerCarerepresentatives don’t understand our concern and talking to the manager they don’t Provide resolution. I want to port my number into other company.Your store and customer service is good for nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare I have shifted my base location to Himachal Pradesh and Vi doesn't seem to be working here! I have been paying monthly bills from past 6 months without using the phone! Requesting you to please share UPC code as there is no network and i cant get it..

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone network again having a total blackout, this has been frequent now, cannot do an important transaction as not receiving OTP, this is going pathetic day by day
