@ViCustomerCare Vi needs revenue, yes ... but Missed Call Alerts are a core network feature. Essential services should not be charged separately. Users deserve better..

@ViCustomerCare had a very bad experience at your store. Went to purchase a new SIM & the staff repeatedly asked for OTPs on mail/phone "as part of the process." One employee even logged into my VI account under the pretext of a demo. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Sms content and sms header is visible in the screenshot itself. There is nothing more to talk over phone. Fix your systems. @TRAI please take a note of VI failing to stop scammers.

My @ViCustomerCare SIM stopped working in Canada. I shared all documents, but Vi refuses help since my email isn’t registered & I have no family in India. What if someone is an orphan? I’m ready to verify via the Embassy. Need urgent intervention: @trai @DoT_India
