kmoksha (@kmoksha) reported@ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.

But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.
