  @ViCustomerCare Honestly, I don’t want to leave or switch to another network. Your support, behaviour & the way you value & serve a customer are genuinely commendable. Sometimes I feel like I might be the only Vi customer in my area, yet even then, the team has given my issue so much attention.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.

  @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

  If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers
