@ViCustomerCare I made Port out request of my reliance jio mobile number- 7621843812. My simcard shows no network than I put Vi simcard in my phone it shows signal when I trying to televerify my number there is a error says that this service is only for televerification.

@ViCustomerCare the worst experience ever. Your backend system sucks big time. Even after paying the amount it doesn't reflect in the system and I have to suffer. My services are disconnected.

hey @ViCustomerCare , I requested for SIM exchange yesterday and was given new SIM by Vi mini store , which was claimed to be activated within 2 hours. but sadly the SIM is still not activated after 24 hours and the store is closed today due to sunday. Please help.
