    @ViCustomerCare what is the VI policy that postpaid can't be converted during the month and going round and round at VI Prabhadevi center, is this way VI treat customers, why should I pay for 20 days bills to VI due to their internal policy

    Hello @ViCustomerCare . I have an active Vi plan that includes voice, SMS and data connection till 28th August. But why my service is stopped on 26th 12 AM? I have an active portout request from Vi, but my connection should be active till portout process is not completed.

    @ViCustomerCare Either you refund the existing top up amount of you want customer to double top up with new IR pack or continue till package is validity is over
