    @ViCustomerCare like i said.. i've played this game before. we've 3 active Vi numbers in our family & the internet speed is poor in all 3 of them. when i call to your helpline no. they ask Qs & register a complaint.. then for 3/4 days it works fine. it has been happening again & again.. why ??

    @ViCustomerCare pls contact the vi store and fix the prob instead of trying to call me. this is sounding like a wastage of time and energy now. I see a message everytime that u tried to contact me and then no response for days. use urs and my time wisely.. call the store instead!

    @ViCustomerCare Even after payment is made, the customer is not given a receipt of payment and does not immediately process the closure on their number.And says that when the number closes after a week, you will have to repay the remaining rupee.
