    @ViCustomerCare 20 Rs. deducted on my number between 15-16 April. My phone was switched off and sim card was not inserted in any mobile. How you can activate such services without my consent ? Refund my balance. This is 4th time I faced this issue. Details sent in inbox.

    @ViCustomerCare problem not solve but complain close. i m waiting for 3 month to port. big mistake choose vi.

    @ViCustomerCare please improve your VoLTE service. After each and every call VoLTE network is lost as you provide call cost notification via 2G service. This is not acceptable. This don't happen with Airtel. Everytime switching between 4G and 2G impacts battery life.

    @BhavyaAgrwl666 @ViCustomerCare Go for Airtel without any hesitation. They have much better plans and service. Atleast they are not a fraud like Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare From last 2 days my number is not working, multiple times I have asked Vi to help me. But it seems they only believe in making money. My only mistake was I ported from Airtel to Vi.

    Team @ViCustomerCare it's ridiculous.....from past 2 days we are facing very bad network drop suddenly for 2-3hrs or more than that at pin 573219 karnataka Hassan. Please let your customer know if same prob exist or not...if yes we can go on to better network.
