@ViCustomerCare extremely unethical service.i got a SIM card in Pune showing u my mumbai address,now since mumbai is a different circle than pune,u cant physically verify my address and thus u have blocked my phone.i m travelling with an infant and stuck with no service. 1/3

Talked with your customer support no one is giving any resolution. They giving excuses like please recharge with 100 nd all. So i said please refund my 50 then i should go to recharge for 100... This is torturing customer and harrassing the customer. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIT
