@ViCustomerCare Dear Mira I have not opted for any VAS and also I have not used any services. Even I don't use Vodafone for several years. I recharge only for incoming call. I know your service is not good. Deducting money unnecessary. #VodafoneFraud

Whr people r talking about #5g you can’t even provide 4g properly. Numbers of complaints were raised frm my side. No static reason was given nor issues were resolved. Wht is the use of data rollover whn you can’t even use your internet properly. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Earlier I had called on vi customer care call centre and talked with the official about call not getting through, call drop etc. Throughout the day net is not accessible with notification that you are off line. The official had assured me to look into this problem but no result.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, My alternate number is 7683014765, Suspension request given by me due unsatisfied resolution and wrong charges, U r not providing services to customer. U r doing fraud and misutilisation of customer money. I will go to consumer court against you after pandemic situation.
