    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @DoT_India I didn't get more than 1 bar in VI since i brought the sim I raised a complaint and according to your support team issue is being resolved twice #MP-VOO465355363 #MP-VOO473068855 but in reality i still face same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare whenever power has been gone, Vi 4G signal also shut down. Sometimes network has been also gone. We are facing same problem since last one month, my area pincode is 396135. Plz resolve the problem immediately.@rsprasad

    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing the same problem again from last 3 days. Tired of this thing. 4G drops to 2G, VoLTE gets turned off automatically... Vi network is becoming useless day by day. Vi's claim should be India's fastest 2G network, verified by Ookla

    @ViCustomerCare very bad service Last 4 days I was calling to vi customer care daily 5 times but till time not solve my issue very poor customer service

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I had raised the issue 3 times, yet no response of any sort. The only thing the customer care executive says is to wait for a call from the backend team which obviously they don’t. This has been happening for the past 9 months.
