@ViCustomerCare My sim not working since morning so visited store for replacement.They said it will be activated within 2 hours. Again had to visit the store for update & came to know documents need to be submitted physically.Again had to go back home and come with documents reqd@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India everyday 20-25 calls from VI for bill recovery for 15 days delay. For delay you had charge late fee. Terrific mental harassment from VI they appointed goons for recovery and there language is also very rude…

@ViCustomerCare I will port out from ur Services, because daily facing call quality issues and data issues from first day onwords but till now no improvement If this continues like this i will port out my 90 days period will complete on Dec 8th 2022 , raised a lot of complaints
