    @ViCustomerCare I have ported out of your network. Need to clear the balance, and get your bill by email, when I click the payment link and fill in my details, it says, my number is not part of the Vodafone network. how do I pay you guys?

    It's been almost 2 year's am facing Network issue on @ViCustomerCare No Resolution found. Just paying bills. Either get me better service or give me free of cost data until you provide me a better service @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I activated full DND on my VI number 2 days back and I am still getting pesky calls from VI itself. The telecaller confirmed that my number is in full DND and he justified saying this is only VI calling and not anyone else. Pls help. This is a menace!

    @ViCustomerCare Dear vi team,as ur service regarding network is poor I requested for portout to jio yesterday.After that I'm getting call frm 02250897430 harassing & forcing me to cancel the request.Even they threatened to cancel my no if I don't cancel request. It's criminal offence frm ur side

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @botimvideocall I don't know where the issue is but I am not able to call my parents.They are using Vodafone and the Jio network. Please check and resolve this. Whenever I call them or they call me the call goes in the Connecting loop but never connects.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare pathetic experience on Vodafone....had recharged 98 plan for 9GB which got exhausted in couple of hours without much usage..plus no one is ready to provide usage details...this is pathetic customer experience @akshayamoondra please look into it.
