@ViCustomerCare Pehle bhi number pe recharge nahin hua, tab wait kiya tha. lekin ab wait nahin kar sakta. Ab to aur koi option hi nahin bachta port ke allawa. Customer Car5e Service is also not reachable. Trying to Call Customer care from my own. But Call Disconnected.

@ViCustomerCare I am not receving OTP from various sites like casio or Fossil while doing product registration.. I have faced the same issue earlier as well with McD. Can you please look into it.

I would never ever recommend Vi (Vodafone Idea) due to the worst customer service and cheating @ViCustomerCare for the below reasons 1) Worst Mobile App 2) Poor customer service who cant find solutions 3) Becoming one of the poor networks. #Vi #VodafoneIdea Planning to port

@nirjhareswar @ViCustomerCare Vi has gone nuts. This morning i made recharge with vi app and paid with Amazon pay upi. Amount deducted but service not provided by vi. They r telling to wait for 7 day to get money back.

@ViCustomerCare I am your customer since 2008. My Sim stopped working few weeks back and then I visited my nearest Vi store at Almora for a sim replacement request on 2nd June. I took my original voter ID card, but my request has been rejected 5 times now. I am feeling harassed.

@ViCustomerCare I have already sent an email to your customer care team two times and called 199 at least 3 times and registered my complaint, but my problem is not resolved yet. Please trust the people who are sitting at your authorized store.
