    @VodafoneIN since june i am facing an issue with my incoming calls and both outgoing incoming sms. I have visited atleast 25 to 30 times in gallery but every time they told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs but its now over 3 months still my issue is not resolved@TRAI @Idea

    @VodafoneIN cannot receive the call, says call forwarding. Which I have never done, on other hand I can call from same mobile no 8984545459. Please see what is the issue. I have cheaked from my end and all settings of cell phone also.

    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    tried to call customer care but due to highest call rates calls are not getting connected. This is happening every time unwanted services activated from #vodafoneIN #vodafoneindia and we have to run behind you to get it sort.

    Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.
