I have visited atleast 25 to 30 times in gallery but every time they told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs but its now over 3 months still my issue is not resolved @TRAI @Idea

Request you to resolve issue immediately, as we all family members have Vi, else will have to switch to other.

MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.
