@kamleshsutar @VodafoneIN doesn’t care about it service anymore. Bad service, over billing etc is the norm for them. I had cancelled a Vodafone no after 14 years because of all those mentioned above

@VodafoneIN Every few days I have to complaint regarding the network. Why is it getting disgusting day by day. It's high time now. Really need to think of porting the services with jio or Airtel if you can't improve service. @TRAI

@VodafoneIN Engineer visited on Wednesday and he confirmed there is serious network issue. According to him I was supposed to get a call from Vodafone with a solution in 2 days. I am still waiting.

@VodafoneIN Allow me to clarify: - it's been 2 weeks since I've had this SIM issue. - I've visited the local gallery 6 times. All 6 unsuccessful. - time money and petrol spent. - The phone app is buggy, the execs have taken my picture multiple times all across the gallery.

Isn't it outrageous that there is no outgoing SMS option from #Vi on the basic plan? The minimum recharge is at 128 to send a sms that too chargeable at 1 ruper per sms. Way to go Vi. - A PROUD CUSTOMER. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

If your topmost priority takes indefinite amount of time to resolve I wonder what happens to your normal SRs. I won't recommend anyone to get a Vodafone connection in future. Sorry.
