@VodafoneIN wasted whole day if can't provide service why take cust for a ride ordered new sim card was supposed to be delivered today but no phone ,no agent came to deliver have doubt if choosing Vodafone was right or wrong this is just the beginning.

@ViCustomerCare the coverage in my area has gone from bad to worse and now almost ZERO indoors. With a VI centre 5 mins away from my home, they themselves complain about having to go out of the shop to call. PATHETIC COVERAGE and services. I don't think it's long before i switch
