    @VodafoneIN How come your monthly servers are down on Saturday? People standing in queue and waiting for their turn .. staff coming and rudely informing servers are down and it will take long time 2 to 3 hours.. Is this a way any professional organisations work??

    @VodafoneIN I am Anandan Nair 9819445200 After joining redex my bill has gone up, I am threatened that I will have to pay Rs 3000 to change the plan as punishment, I am an old customer for 12 years I have not joined the rival company, why I am being cheated.

    @ViCustomerCare hi team, please contat on this number as soon as possible. 8879572207 Received call from this number 098922 70763. She ask me to drop a msg to 1900 and type Cancel with my number. Is that right procedure to port? And then she will proceed for the porting request.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup your network has become ****. Almost 3-4 times a day I have to put my phone on Airplane mode and then only I am able to make calls. Its the same location everytime. Many of my friends and family members are facing same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a VI customer. Pack validity date not showing in VI application. no adavance line up recharge option. The world has come a long way and Vodafone Idea is still struggling . Please do SOS.

    Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

    After a pathetic network coverage for even voice call I ported my number from @airtelindia to @VodafoneIN then found they are in competition for who is the dumpest. Then I ported to @Idea now I came to know that there’s three in competition. Well done 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my @ViCustomerCare to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. @JioCare (1/2)
