    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service provided by your store. V get notified 4 a special recharge plan 2 b done via app/store. When v go 2 d store to do it they deny. This happened in 2 stores & your pathetic app doesn’t have the option to recharge online. I want immediate assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare Have shared copy of acknowledgment, if that doesn’t serve purpose, I can’t help it. Can’t provide information to you about your organisation. Seems you guy just delaying it so that keep charging. As communicated before, I am not going to pay a penny unless resolution provided.

    @ViCustomerCare bro please restore your network tower or shutdown your company. Its was too frustrating to go out in balcony for single OTP now you resolve the complaint by no network in balcony too.. Wow...
