    @ViCustomerCare Please improve your 4G network it’s both slow and low inside buildings every time. Your spectrum purchased in 5G auctions is mediocre & dirt cheap, spend some on network gear, Otherwise their will be mass exodus to #Jio which is launching 5G services next month.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare maybe its better to show some empathy and not harras the customer for bill payment 2-3 times a day when he had informed again and again that his father is in ICU and bill payment may not be the immediate priority right now and will may later.
