    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. Just before the 365 days recharge internet was working very well but after 1799 recharge the speed has downgraded to lowest, even sending a single message take more time than before. 365 din ke paise le liye.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i ported my number airtel to vi due to network problem but in vi i still face this problem of internet buffering in my locality. You called yourself India's fastest 4G network but sometime in my area it doesn't even provide 3G network please do something

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi ,I am facing poor internet speed issue in indoor ,dear Vi give 1800Mhz ,2500Mhz bands frequency in indoor and outdoor in my location with Good signal strength,and shut your 3G network area ,and increase the capacity of backwhole ,I hope my request in your priority
