    @ViCustomerCare Its more than 45 mins since the recharge is done on vi app, still plan benefits are not reflecting on the number. Worst service by vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare if you provide full coverage Why i am facing Ping issue Problem with Network or Bandwidth I don't know what the exactly working Of (4G LTE 1800 you provide VI.) And Airtel of jio 4G LTE 2300 is here any problem? PING ISSUE

    @ViCustomerCare What is this? Yesterday amount was deducted from bank account but no packs were actived on the phone and now, Rs. 118 has been deducted from the talktime balance without our knowledge. How many times I have to lodge a complaint😤 #timetoswitch
