    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Registered my concern on July 19 it's Aug 11 still no word on when i will get my refund back try defaulting even 1 day even in their postpaid and they will be after your life for their money well this is how they treat you when they owe you money!

    @ViCustomerCare how can you guys be so shameless. You charge value added services to mint money! Is that how you plan to pay taxes. i have been a loyal customer and this is what i get in return! Your 198 helpline picks the call, listens to my query, and then puts me on hold! Wtf!

    .@ViCustomerCare you are simply becoming pathetic day by day. Just to send a single SMS we have to recharge with unlimited pack. We can't do the same with 49/79/95 pack. Wow what a brilliant move! Standing ovation for you. U r losing your loyal customer. PORTING right way..

    Even after paying the postpaid bill The no is showing suspended. How we can verify on your website how much amount is still pending. And your so called Customer care calling me to pay the bill, it surprises me evry time, pathetic service provider 👎 @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, Now without a SIM card, not receiving SMSs or calls and don't have a way to contact anybody or receive anything. My old SIM is also not working. What type of #pathetic #service are you providing? No ethics at all. Already provided my details in DM (2/x).
