    Why is there no network at all in Vasai Virar area? It is already flooded and the network has been gone since yesterday ! Let alone data but even network is gone. How will one avail emergency services? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I recently ported my number from Airtel to Vi. but my new Vi physical SIM is not working on my HONOR 400. The phone detects the SIM, but I am unable to enable SIM 1, and there is no network.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been three days, since i have reported the issue. Everytime, I contact the chat support, they collect basic details, assures tht someone would call me. Chat session is terminated by agent without taking confirmation. First thing after u fix issue, i wd port to @airtelindia
