    @ViCustomerCare I have to Port my existing VI postpaid number to Jio Postpaid, since VI is not providing eSim for my new Mobile phone. All my past bills have been cleared and I'm ready to clear any further dues necessary. Please help me out as UPC is not getting generated.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service ever. Called from a Vodafone store to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim, the lady kept taking decisions on my behalf and ultimately she rejected the call without hearing my request. Ditching Vodafone forever.

    @ViCustomerCare looks like you want to shut down your business. Not acting on customer feedback is not how you run a service based industry. Data Pack has been recharged as a booster since my existing plan data allowance exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare 9888533262, it was disconnected due to lost sim mobile. But afterwards, you keep charging it's bill and it goes to 234.82. now you sending sms to bar the outgoing of no 9988417200. Both are different users, how can u harras customer like this. u can call 9988018000 9988018184
