    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service I'm getting form VodafoneIdea from last 15/17 days. Whenever I I try to make call to my friends and family members on their Jio number they call gets disconnected showing a "Line busy" message.

    @ViCustomerCare 1. Network went off all of a sudden on old idea sim, without any notice. 2. Was forced to pay 50 rs for upgrade with no fault of mine. 3. No bill was provided. Why?
