@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare He doesn't have Twitter or Facebook. I did try logging out of the app on my phone and can confirm the same issue in India. Though it says otp sent to sms and mail, I only got the sms.
