@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare one thing for sure u have a very cute(h) service. Like can't use internet even after a 4g sign.For a whole day there was no network.customer care told me to clear my browser cookie to use my WhatsApp.I'm not gonna pay my bill thim month. Gonna disconnect. 208020

@ViCustomerCare never seen such an ****** company didn't solve problem even after complaining 10 times complaining since january gonna change sim once recharge date came @TRAI plz take action against them didn't getting service even after paying money 😕😕

Hello @ViCustomerCare ...what is going on? Few days back suddenly my number became "not registered with the network" (I have been using it for more than 10 yrs) & got restored few hours of tweeting. Today again same issue now! You want me to switch to other service provider ?

@ViCustomerCare That is the issue, hope now you understand, the above mentioned are my numbers, most of the time range is not there, you need to keep trying full day like others do to contact me. I do not have any alternate services provider. Happy trying!!!
