@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

Have been a Vi user since forever. Called customer care for help on connectivity issues. After listening to the menu for 3 mins and selecting connect with customer care executive, they say the number is not valid. How can someone try so hard to lose customers!? @ViCustomerCare
