@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@scrap2me @ViCustomerCare Really worst service, at least if they provide vowifi problem will resolve. No update in indoor coverage & nothing. They don’t have network team, they depend on airtel for all help. Shameless network. They don’t have any timeline to provide services to customers.
