    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare Will you care to give 4g internet even after upgrading sim to 4g. Forget 3g not even getting 2g/1g in Lucknow since 4 days. Already visited your store and raised the issue. Are you willing to resolve or should i plan to port.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have blocked my phone calls in my VI number.I came to know from @ViCustomerCare. How Airtel can stop my outgoing cals of VI number?If u have stopped it,then tell me the process to enable this. Airtel is really fraud company,who frustrate customer

    @ViCustomerCare I called customer care for the same ,but they said they don't have any update or status about this number ..How is it possible ?? If one sim is working till 9pm, suddenly everything is stopped ...nd all data is vanished ...how its possible ???2/2

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I have not chosen to any Handset Inbuilt Games services but you guys are deducting my balance every few days in name of a different VAS service. Everytime I have to call and waste an hour complaining. I am now fed up! @DoT_India @TRAI #Vodafone #Idea #vi
