@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare Regarding +91 7530832143...i was an airtel costumer,few day ago i ported into VI...2 days are done...i am facing many issues...i regret that i ported into VI,where ur network doesn't works properly,i think VI is not a good idea... hope u understand and my issues should resolved..

@ViCustomerCare Hy vi tell me why i need to do this " Hi! In case of no usage i.e. NO Call, Data, VAS or Outgoing SMS for 90 days,your Vi no. will be deactivated. To retain,keep minimum main balance of Rs20/month " U people still are the worst network i can't even get 4g or 3g in my house 1/2
