    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare hi I have an major issue on my internet connectivity when I use internet and symbol show 5g then my internet work perfectly but after sometime it goes 4g and internet didn't work at all pls take quick look this is my 3 year old connection

    @ViCustomerCare Connected the Vodafone Idea store and the local appellate on a call—both just passed the buck, asking me to call the other. Meanwhile the SIM is still dead. Everything is linked to this number. What kind of apathetic service is this, @ViCustomerCare?

    @ViCustomerCare it’s completely frustrating 😤 I have not been able to use internet for the last 9 days and still no proper solution. I have complained more than 30 times and spoken to customer care 6 times, but there is no update or resolution. 1|2

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area

    @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience

    @ViCustomerCare It’s utter disgrace that despite 45 days i have got zero support from you guys. Your team only has one message that we shall get back to you within 2 days and they are sending this message every 2 days Vodafone Idea is in shambles and it is clearly evident why

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.
