@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare-It’s been 24 days and nothing been improve, I am just paying my monthly bill free of cost, what your expertise are up to only Vodafone knows. Not been able to access the internet and only getting stupid answers from Vodafone. Just taking time and no problem solve
