@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

Sim is active I insert the sim also but calling and net is not working and in Vi app it showing this number is non vi number @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Pathetic network and data connection.I have today's full data of 1 Gb still it is not working. My service expiry is 7th July and it seems like VI disconnected me a day before expiry.

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to use internet properly from last 9 days Sometime it stuck for 3 hours (signal strength is also good and mobile data is also ON) I am very bothered now requesting you to solve it as soon as possible otherwise I will port .
