@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

What a pathetic service by Vodafone India. My plan got changed without my concent ,lower to higher monthly rental I called to customer care but nobody know the exact reason of upgrade plan I want my base plan back at any cost @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

VI, your network has been below par at SBI Staff Colony Arumbakkam, Chennai. Inspite of repeated complaints nothing has been done to rectify the same. Looks like it’s time for MNP to other stable network. Thank you for your Services. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I recharged my account using 199/- package, but since I am not able to send international SMS, So i recharged with 128/- few minutes back... But still I am unable to send any international SMS... Help me out pls...
