    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare 19 days gone by and still I am not able to use my number. If you are not willing to do any work towards my complaint then atleast inform that nothing will happen and just don’t keep on giving me new complaint number and new time frame. @DoT_India kindly help.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged on wrong number which is not my number so for reversal tried reaching to customer support. They are not able to help. Request you to please help on same.

    @ViCustomerCare Your team says can't reverse wrong recharge . What's the use of customer care not happy with the service sy your end.. I am loosing my money for pathetic network. Other network providers like @airtelindia & @reliancejio do help us in such cases

    @ViCustomerCare it has been more than 8 days and my problem isn't resolved as of yet!! I can't receive a single call what bullshit of a network is this. Even visiting the mini store didn't help. Will be porting out if the problem doesn't get solved asap
