@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare The pathetic @ViCustomerCare at its play again. We just left Delhi & network is gone. Can't make/receive calls again. We were assured this will not happen again, for sure, but all lies. Can we take this VI to court for harassing us customers, taking money but not giving service?

@ViCustomerCare Even if the issue is more than a month now, still waiting for the resolution. Can I get some prompt resolution on the complaint rather than some random pings on Whatsapp and DM saying there is a complaint raised and advising those usual steps which doesn't work.
