@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare from today evening near about 6PM VI 4G volte speed really slow and I can't serve internet and buffer too much also VI app can't work properly and when I call to vi customer care they said that they can't do anything about it only clear chache @TRAI @DoT_India
