    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare why the hell are you guys randomly charging customers for packages they didn’t ask for. I never pick up spam calls that you guys constantly send, I picked up today, disconnected it within 5 seconds because it was sports related, and now I get a message saying

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi Worst network provider i have already complained many times but always get fake confirmation of solution, it is totally unacceptable, if you can't give us better service then stop your service

    Not providing good network but you guys will reject a lost sim request stating that photo is mismatched with aadhar photo. In aadhar my brother didn't have beard, now he is having beard. Do you want us to shave everything for a sim! Pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare
