    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare how much do you charge for porting from postpaid to prepaid in ur same network?? i was charged 700₹ for porting to prepaid... Store owner said 300₹ is for plan change fee... 50₹ for sim cost and 350 ₹ for one month plan

    @bibhasdn @cruisemaniac @ViCustomerCare It was working better than any other network until it was Idea Cellular, since the merger things have been going downward steadily. BSNL might be the way out now :-/

    @ViCustomerCare Had a talk with your support. But I guess you guys got your 'marketing activity' wrong. Such activities are targeted at getting more customers on board, not jettisoning loyal ones! Anyways, thank you. Time to move on from VI. #HappyToLeave

    @ViCustomerCare will be transferred to the prepaid balance.Called customer care thrice, got 3 different responses. The last one asked me to go to the store where I had got this converted and check with them. Do u expect me to go to the store again when corona cases r rising?(2/2)
