    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare why have you stopped otp sms and without any information. I am not able to login to any bank accounts due to your service. I have recharged my phone twice and your employees don't have any clue about this. This is actual harrasment and @TRAI is supporting it?

    @Smartprix @ViCustomerCare kab khoon kholega re tera, aur kitne wait karna padega Facing many issues with jio, my vi 4g works good in many terms, yes in jio 5G I'm getting higher unlimited internet but many times it sucks
