    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet service of vi at mayna(732124) is far lower than any other service provider. Internet speed given by vi at mayna is ridiculous. It should be rechecked for the good of customer as well as the reputation of vi

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Your internet service is so poor. I am not able use internet from past 2 days. I had to recharge my Airtel no. to get Internet access. Reduce your internet price to the previous level instead of further increase. Your internet service is not worth for the price.

    @ViCustomerCare - No network at all for Vi since last 3 months - Location - Vinoba bhave nagar Kurla West Mumbai 400070, raised multiple complaints but closed without any action. Can someone look into this, as we have good number of users within these location. @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Have done the same . A telecaller told me he would reverse the #primevideo VAS from the bill as that was auto renewed without taking the customer permission.
