  @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

  @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

  @ViCustomerCare finally port done to airtel after pathetic service fo vadafone.. 4 numbers in family plan ported to airtel..bye bye vodafone after 20 yrs
