    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare There’s no data & poor network signal(indoors)on all Vi connections at home since a week now, same is the situation in my entire neighbourhood & complaint dated 27-Jan-2022 with ref. no. 7DKZJDNMOY is already registered..there’s no resolution or follow up yet,why?

    @ViCustomerCare I have to take new sim urgently and it is not possible due to Sunday stores are off. Poor experienced. My experience going from bad to worst

    @ViCustomerCare your services are pathetic and your network team is so unresponsive, they have visited 2times and taken all the details but not given any timeline, customer support team is calling for acknowledgement only, but after that all goes in vain.

    @ViCustomerCare They were accepting the pvc AADHAR card only. Bad experience. It seems communication gap with vi stores

    @ViCustomerCare after raising too much of complaints then also your network is not sustainable always fluctuations raise on data i never able to use my full 100% data when did you able to fix this ****???

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I looked into several complaints last week, and the records show that service on my international roaming especially incoming/outgoing SMS not working. During the 1 week, I made 16 calls to your customer care, the response took two to three days.
