  @ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

  @ViCustomerCare Go to hell Vi I advice people to never buy Vi sim they just take your money for granted and nothing more. They are not here to provide service , they are playing with there customer. Worst Customer service I ever been in life and I think this is the last one.

  @ViCustomerCare I’ll make sure all my friends who are in Vi network port to Airtel/Jio. We have our own right to select languages we want and you don’t have any rights to make us select Hindi. I don’t know Hindi why the hell should I select it ??

  @ViCustomerCare very disoppointed with the service from past 1year. frequently disconnection and no network for whole day and the reason given from past 6 months tower maintainence progress. We are penalized for late payment but VI should be also repay us if no network coverag

  @ViCustomerCare why have I been charged for national roaming on my postpaid bill? My number is always on national roaming and there are no charges for it, as far as I know. Also, why can't your customer care execs hear anything on call?
