    Sick of @VodafoneIN network. It’s always no service. People trying to reach out to me incase of emergencies have given up because my Vodafone number is always unreachable. You’ve forced me to switch to @reliancejio . Thank you @reliancejio for offering such seamless network

    @VodafoneIN pls look into this issue ASAP. Everything was good prior to 15 days ths all started. Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

    @VodafoneIN My location is Attabira, Bargarh, Odisha, India. I am devastated and helpless. I can't wait long. I have trusted Vodafone for last 7 yrs and haven't even used any other sim but if issue isn't resolved Within 2 days i ll be forced to choose @JioCare @airtelindia

    @abdaloliullah @ViCustomerCare Sir , sorry to say. you have made wrong choice, you won’t get 4g indoor coverage,volte, vowifi and Esim. Airtel and jio both have all the services. Definitely you will regret. They won’t attend your complaints. You are going suffer with this network. After 90 days u can port.

    @ViCustomerCare can we do the simex by courier? Not safe to venture out for my parents. Their sim is getting 1 network bar. Its very slow and call keeps dropping.

    .@ViCustomerCare I did a 1GB-No Service Validity recharge of Rs 16 but I cannot use the credited data. I had to do the 129-recharge so as to use data. Are you fooling the customers into spending 16 for naught? Or are you forcing to take plans? Note, it's not about the amount.

    @ViCustomerCare good afternoon sir i have a network connectivity issue from last 4/5days but till today nothing to happen by 198 or 199 help line service. My VI number is 7413006896. I have onle 3G two points network and in 4G only one point network got.

    @ViCustomerCare How fair is it that postpaid bill can be paid in 10 secs via App but a refund takes 60 days via Cheque which customer has to go to bank and deposit. That too cheque sent to an address that I don't stay at anymore. Wah wah !!!!
