  @ViCustomerCare Take a bow for the audacity with which VI retail stores are refusing port-in to your network in prepaid system. They say you can only port as a postpaid customer and then convert to prepaid after 90 days!Hope @DoT_India #trai is aware of this pocket rule you have!

  Really upset with @ViCustomerCare - my questions have still not been answered. They don’t want to put anything on mail - just on DM. Secondly got a text saying my IR pack finishes tomorrow while on the app it says 6th July. So they want me to lose a day? #fail
