  @ViCustomerCare My last complaint was not understood by you idiots it seems. Your engineer Mr. Chauhan did not improve but rather worsened it even further. Not only your service is ****, so are your engineer's. Now we get no network on a frequent basis.

  @ViCustomerCare Frustrated with vi i made port request after which i got 7 calls i shared my problem on all those calls i told my problem to 5 officials but i am getting calls after every hour and they are again and again asking me about the problem are asking.

  @BandBajaateRaho @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has the worst network coverage in the country. It is no secret why they haven't even started 5G services yet, their current 4g network is pretty much 2G. And their network covergae even in Mumbai is similar to that of J&K.

  @ViCustomerCare Bhopal VI network is the worst. I live in a small village there also network come and here in 9b saket nagar bhopal network is pathetic. 4g network is fluctuating all the time. Every 2 min it goes from 4g to E to no internet. Complained earlier no resolution.

  Even in such advanced tech updated times i still have to fly back to India to get a new sim card just bcoz my primary contact number sim stopped working No OTPs No phone Banking No fund Transfer Absolutely Nothing. Thanks to @ViCustomerCare for literally no customer care 🙏
