    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported from BSNL to VI .. but your knowledgeable representative who delivered the SIM mistakenly added the same ported BSNL number as alternate number so could not get televerification code..kindly solve this issue..

    @ViCustomerCare worst service worst net. Have 200 gb and can't use it because chalta hi nahi hai customer care par baat karo to to got answer itna hi provide kr sakte hai max or inka max kya hai inki hi app tak open nahi ho pa rahi😡 time nhi mil paa rha port ka bas ye bat hai😑

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I’m on international roaming and it’s been 2 days without data. Your customer care doesn’t seem to care. No resolution and the attitude seems to be passing the buck to the next department and no accountability. Get your act right !
