    @ViCustomerCare I must say you are so so so arrogant that everytime my mom wants get rid of your services her port out request gets rejected. First of all your 4G service is equivalent to 2G and second your network coverage is horrible. You can't hold back a customer like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Irresponsibly blocked my SIM without any prior notification. Been a customer for past 8-10 yrs n this is the reward. Very disappointing.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I got DM from your customer support saying my recharge is over so I cant use the service properly untill I recharge. I have plan validity till 20 April. Plz fire such standup comedians from your team coz instead of solving issue they told me to recharge.
