    @ViCustomerCare. Yesterday afternoon to till today morning my outgoing calls are not going. My parents are aged both are tensed and worried. Please solve this problems as soon as possible. This is ridiculous 20 hours gone till now all lines are busy.

    So fraud @ViCustomerCare network asked to changed sim as old sim only getting 3g network instead of 4g and charged 150Rs as sin change charges but still getting only 3G network. Time to port one more sim to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare I m unable 2 access intrnet on my VI n. 9026884224 fr last fw days even after subscription of free data pack, it is very annoying, suffering losses on many aspects due 2 the same. Visited nearby VI mini store bt still no solution, requstng to sort it out ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare this is beyond anyone’s patience level. This is my primary number that you have deactivated. I’m unable to make any transactions online or pay my bills. There’s no response from customer care. What sort of customer treatment is this!

    @ViCustomerCare sir, I am facing low speed internet connection and even call drop problem every time. Even residing at district area worst to see the service of Vi. many times complaints were lodged but no action has been taken so far. Locality- Hatthi madari, Mau 275101
