    @ViCustomerCare There is no compulsion to join a fly plan .but the sales person in stores force public, to meet their targets.Its the call centre agents who are the honest guys who helped to retain a customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I did recharge for my father's number 9604864142, Trough. VI App But Recharge done to my number 9850101235.I ENTERED correct number 9604864142 I'm 101% sure. It's VI app fault.I've call recording VI 198 Care confirmed till now not used any service this rech

    @ViCustomerCare After I send an sms on 199(Post@pre) and was firmed with the relationship manger that I wanted back my prepaid or cancel my card, I was shifted else I was told to continue a useless PLAN 401.

When i dialled a number vi playing a recorded msg of Yami Gautam and then telling me to press 1 to subscribe the package. I don't want to subscribe the garbage package, so am waing but call disconnecting! Forcing selling
