  @ViCustomerCare Update - Ported to @Airtel_Presence after failing to get a solution for the prevailing issue. Perhaps it's my location where your network has limited data connectivity. Regardless, thank you so much for the service you had offered, was your customer for around a decade.

  @ViCustomerCare I request all the users, please do not buy any Vi SIM or port it to Vi. Vi team neither solve the problem nor respond properly.

  @ViCustomerCare SIM is not active for 2 months, yet i receive bills to be paid. When asked for waiver, for no fault of mine, it was denied. You dont provide service and yet you have the audacity to bill customer. One more customer, you have lost! Porting to @Airtel_Presence
