    @ViCustomerCare gaon mein I recharged with the ₹399 plan and ported to Vi on July 1st; the internet isn't working, and connectivity is poor. Please do something about this in rural areas.

    I’ve lost all trust in @ViCustomerCare A loyal overseas customer with a dead SIM, conflicting answers from customer care,Vi Store n WhatsApp, still no solution. The only options are fly to IND or transfer my no. Now I know Y people are prefer @airtelindia and @reliancejio over Vi

    Why is the VI network so down? I have recharged 399 rupees pack - For my mom I have recharged a 3 month pack, my brother also is using an active pack, but why there's no internet? Is that a scam? Why are you people doing this? I already have a DM. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I kindly request you to deliver my SIM today itself. I've already been waiting for 8 days, and repeated assurances of "delivery today" have not been fulfilled. Please resolve this issue on priority and ensure the SIM is delivered today without any further delay.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    @ViCustomerCare Fake, Fraud, worst network coverage, worst customer support 😡😡. Guys @ViCustomerCare charges bill without any service. They are charging for 0 signals. Also if you are hold their bill they charged late payment fee😔😔
