@ViCustomerCare I have recently ported my Airtel sim to Vi but your network is worst among the big 3. I'm unable to fully utilise my data since 1st day. Made complaint with respect to the same issue which are marked as resolved but I'm still not getting any network.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare This is absolutely disappointing support and complaint handling by VI customer support, when the complaint itself was registered after 12+ mails, 10+ tweets & 10+ calls on customer care number(after struggling for 3 days) and now closed without any investigation & resolution
