@ViCustomerCare i was facing problem from 3 months still I don't get any satisfaction when I was in Bihar i face same problem now i was in haryana facing same problem now it's clear VI don't have best network connectivity the just promise u in ads for best network connectivity

@JioCare turning into worst network ever. Frequent call drop, low signal at Tier 1 city, no Internet speed at all. Seems like a nightmare to be a Jio customer. If this doesn't get resolve, will change entire corporate numbers from Jio and will move to @ViCustomerCare or Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you mention that the billing is correct … this is daylight cheating. With IR pack data is free then only speed shall be reduced as mentioned. Let me remind you 4G is still not working. Resolve it!!!

@DoT_India I have an sim of @ViCustomerCare . And I am not getting even calling network inside my home. Complained several times from Feb and their field incharge also visited my location but no improvement at all. Outside my house there is full connectivity. Ps- Its inside LKO
