  @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Now there is a new Googly. Vi has transferred the monkey to the new service provider (Airtel) in this case. Now the new SP is running with it in an equally foolish fashion. No validity of arrears, no knowledge of history … only mandate is to pester the customer

  @ViCustomerCare Please dont tell us that it is possible to activate VAS if they are blacklisted, this service and this treatment is ridiculous. VI is looting people and it cannot deny the evidences, I'm demanding more than refund here, stop it now or face consequences of doing con business.
