@ViCustomerCare Very poor interaction experience by your Customer care executives. Please train them how to speak with customers and solve their queries properly, rather than giving useless and baseless recommendations and advice. Most of them are repeating the same thing.

@ViCustomerCare my father has recently got a recharge of approx 90 rupees so that he doesn’t have to recharge next month. But you #vodafoneidea doing frauds and deducting unnecessary amounts and causing mental harassment. I am going to consumer council to resolve this Issue.
