    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I have tried to port our number in vi but mini store are charging Rs 365. While his website mention port facilities are free of cost. Don't know what is vi policy. Which cause maximum customer not agree to port in vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm associated with Vi for last 10 years. Now I got the reason of downfall of Vi. First time, late payment charges of Rs. 100 added in last bill. Vi refused waiver and virtually told that I'm free to port out. No value for customer loyalty. Hemant Goyal 9872358274

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue and wrongly said I recharged via Paytm. Please verify and help. #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user. Calls from my Vi number are not connecting to Railway Helpline 139 and @IRCTC Helpline 1323. It says “invalid number.” This is a serious issue as I cannot register complaints with Indian Railways. Please resolve this urgently. @RailwaySeva
