    @DoT_India Thank you and much appreciated! Your department should take strict action against @ViCustomerCare, is there any way I can raise a legal case against them as I almost lost my job because of their sudden decision of shutting down my number without any prior notice.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Hi VI, because of the continuous network issue faced by my parents, I ported their number to Airtel after doing the payment of Final bill. Now they are on Airtel network but your people are continuously harassing them for payment of unknown bill. Please stop

    @ViCustomerCare In any case, I want to know by what means these services were requested and what sort of confirmation I sent which triggered these service purchases against my balance. Blacklisting services is not a permanent solution. @TRAI @DoT_India plz luk in2 such frauds.

    @ViCustomerCare Most pathetic company when it comes to customer service. These management and employees should not be hired as a daily wage house hold help. This company doesn't deserve to function.
