    @ViCustomerCare For your kind information I am using my vi number since 2009 it's been a long time but now I am thinking to switch to another, there are many issue with the service like call drop, network coverage, internet connection etc. and there is no permanent solution for all these prob.

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing improved since then the problem is same poor network speed and coverage I got many calls from ur side regarding problem but nothing has fixed and I m fed up

    Hello @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare, I have been using Airtel for 4–5 years. Initially the network was good, but for the last 2 years it has become very poor. My house is just ~200 meters from the tower, yet whenever there is a power cut the network stops completely.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely shocked after checking my itemized roaming bill. I suspected something was off — and found charges for messages & data I never used, with unknown numbers showing up. This is alarming. Customers, please check itemized bills carefully. @ViCustomerCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare I have been raising complaints on 198 for the past 2 years, but the technical team has not fixed this issue. In emergencies, when there is no electricity (common in Bihar), we are unable to make calls or send messages.
