  @ViCustomerCare When I called VI's customer care for running out of data, VI employees kept bothering me for about an hour and a half. And an employee holds the phone and I keep saying hello hello for at least five minutes but the employee keeps silent why am I being mistreated.

  @ViCustomerCare I've recently ported my Sim to Vi. After that I have faced several issues with Vi network. 1. Sometimes VoLTE gone. 2. Sometimes tower become 1. 3. Sometimes showing 2G, 3G. My location- Budbud, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, 713403.

  @ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate i was roaming from morning in srinagar city j&k to get vi sim. I came from 70 kms to reach. Now i just reached vi office. They said we don't have prepaid facility available. The worst service of vi. It's really expensive.

  @ViCustomerCare Just upto closing the complaint without attending, rather least interested in resolving. VI executives just call as a formality without any inclination of resolution. Best part is if you don't receive the call, they are good to close the complaint #patheticservice
