    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN No Coverage in my area since Today. From past 1 month Network frequently fluctuates between 3G/4G. Can't access Data since a month. Data pack Totally unused.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't know why but all of a sudden myVi sim started showing no sim on my phone even when the sim is in the phone. No network no emergency call just straight No Sim card. I tried all troubleshooting like changing slot and phones too but no results please do smth

    @ViCustomerCare, @TRAI - I have asked numerous times to provide details for sending legal notice against service and billing issues to appelate email ids provided. If this is how appelate auth responds to complains, cant say a word about the other depts.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI i have vi Redx 1699 family time. Every time i’m paying fix bill which was 2000rs including tax but now i got 3500+ bill for this month for same plan. I need correction in my bill. This is really not acceptable. kindly resolve this asap.
