    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vi I am not getting network on my Vi no. since 1 week, tried everything, talked with customer care, registered complain on Vi aap, changed my handset but nothing happened, please resolve this issue soon, I am facing problems because of this network problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Network complaint Ref. No. GUJ-V00585743335. This is 3rd time you have registered a complaint for the problem reported by me. Don't close the complaint without actually resolving it, as U did before. Hope after listening to the voice message, U deciphered the issue correctly?

    @ViCustomerCare Try bringing back unlimited call or minute pack at an affordable price this will help u grab customers who use less data and more of phone calls. This way even if ur data netwrk is weak even then u will lucrative option as a 2nd sim fr calls.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a Retailer in Vi 10yr to but my mobile number outgoing messages sending to failed i have complaint to RM, 129 customer care 2 times first 11/08/21 then 19/08/21 but not slove my problem please request to slove my outgoing sms 9776669615

    @ViCustomerCare Rehne do... Dont waste time. You will not do anything about it. Had you guys been that good you wouldn't be in so much trouble that you are in today. It's embarrassing really.
