    @ViCustomerCare is the most disgusting mobile network. Suffering since 15+ years ...don't know why the hell you internet sucks to the core...shame it's really shame..you don't improve at all even upon visiting the care stores near by. Better to port my number to another nw

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vi Store Garia and IVR team. Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.
