@ViCustomerCare I'm extremely disappointed that I chose your network. Worst and horrible service provider. It was all better when it was Idea alone. It's been a bitter experience after Vodafone came into the scene. Please fix your mess or I'm switching to other network provider.

@ViCustomerCare visited @ ur store for new SIM because my old SIM 9988208577 is not working properly, ur representative asking me for SIM chrgs 50 rs and asking me for swtch off my SIM for 2-3 hour then i said give any recipient or any acknowledgement for charges and she denied

@ViCustomerCare Finally successfull ported out 13 vi sim till date. Reason is quite simple vi don't value their customer problem . I have been complaining vi regarding poor internet connectivity in our Area especially indoor coverage but vi close my complaints without resolution

@ViCustomerCare my phone (Mi A3) supports vowifi, but Vi doesn't support vowifi on my phone. Why is a universal feature like vowifi restricted to select few phone models? What stops you from opening it to all phones?
