So much that I canceled my plan being scared of harassment. I don't know if this happens with other service providers. But I am sure sab dudh ke dhule nahi he.

@ViCustomerCare Your network coverage in Lullanagar, Pune is going from bad to worse day after day. I had logged a complaint through your app, got a reply after 5 days that network engineers were not able to resolve the issue and ticket was closed. PATHETIC SERVICE VI !!!
