Dear @ViCustomerCare please improve your international roaming services. There is hardly any 4G Network available. Internet services are pathetic with only 2G Services available against promised 4G network. Please stop fooling your customers!!!

@ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.
