    @ViCustomerCare Hi ,really frustrated with your unprofessional behavior. Pls check DM I am currently in Dubai, I am not able to connect to DU network here. Tried Roaming services on and manual network search as well. Pls Help ASAP, I am stuck

    @ViCustomerCare read that message but 6 days TAT for resolving a urgent complaint is sure inspiration for customer to change network before next recharge.

    @ViCustomerCare Ticket number: 4-130055544201 Not able to connect to network, already followed up many times with support team, all in vain. Now I am finally convinced to leave VI family and switch to other network😡😠
