    I switched my sim from Jio to @ViCustomerCare 4months ago , I regular do recharges of unlimited plans even I'm having WiFi but from 2 days it's showing "NO SERVICE" and no one is about to resolve it . I'm not able to make calls any thing #vodafoneidea #JioTrue5G #vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare one of the most third class service from vi I’m unable to use my internet after recharge since 6 hours I got irritated it’s my biggest mistake to shift into vi solve it others wise going back to @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare OTP for login is taking time to be delivered & then OTP is not being accepted & there's timeout followed by infinite loop of this process
