I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare is pretty horrible. Have paid all outstanding but am hounded and threatened daily for random new charges. This is absolute harassment. Tried to call their team and complain as well but they keep deflecting. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare There is not at all coordination between teams. Nobody knows what is happening. Everybody is just paid to say we are looking into it. How can complaint be resolved without proper resolution comment? This is basic of customer support.

@ViCustomerCare Very poor network in my area and it's In the smart City #Surat so this is really bad experience for me, do needful else think to change network provider. people are living in 5G and you are giving Us 2G. This is not acceptable form this much company.
