@ViCustomerCare Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Vi team is forcing customers to convert existing prepaid number in to postpaid or else they will not provide new sim card which was temporary barred dues to sim lost.. @TRAI plz help

@Abhishe80695706 @ViCustomerCare Vi store people fool the customer and change the prepaid number to postpaid and then even after 90 days they do not convert to prepaid and threaten the customer to do whatever they want, my old number is 8899257070

@ViCustomerCare post that the store gave me Sim but it is not activated still. I visited them again to which they again told me very rudely that you call customer care at 199 and port Kara lijie Hume nahi chahiye aap jaise customer.
