I’m DONE with @ViCustomerCare. Paid my electricity bill via Vi app on 17th June. Money debited from my bank, but payment NEVER reached the electricity board. Now I’m facing disconnection threats & late fees — all thanks to Vi’s incompetence. #FraudAlert #VI

@ViCustomerCare Madam/Sir, no official notification or order has been received in this regard. This clearly shows #VI_INDIA has been doing things as u like. previously a lifetime service charges were taken from customer, but no 1 has received that service. So pls stop imposing ur customer @Trai
