    I had done a recharge of ₹297, which was wasted as I had to recharge another number for the duration. The problem only got resolved after I had to migrate again to Postpaid and NOW I CANNOT LEAVE @ViCustomerCare for another 90 days.

    I've 49₹ validity pack activated with 7₹ Main Balance in my Vi member. Now I want to send one SMS to my friend. To do this I've to recharge minimum of 121₹. Really Vodafoneidea!! Is this how you treat your customers? #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare out 24 hours 16 hour I am a wake and out of that I am not in my phone for 1or2 hours and you call that time I was not near my phone are you spiying on me creepers cheap company and employees no Class of service there no company idea nothing everything is rubbish

    @ViCustomerCare I have already shared detail mail to Aapellate team however no action yet. I have purchased postpaid connection from your website which is yet not activated even after 6 days of time. This is really Poor and Lethargic approach of Customer Service team.!
