@ViCustomerCare After being a customer of Vodafone India since 2006 i have to say your services are degraded to the WORST mobile service provider and WORST customer service specially Mumbai (Mr. Amit Agrawal heads it) and the customer service executives are clueless.

@ViCustomerCare Concern is discussed but not redressed. Apart from receiving more than 50 calls from different nos in few hrs to cancel the portability, also got a call to send message 'Cancel <mob no>' to confirm & forward my portability request. #Vodafone why are you trying to fool customers?

@ViCustomerCare When it's going to be done, it's showing 3G with lots error can you just raise my complaint against the network becoz I didn't received any complaint number of the same. It's really your teams are working on customer concern or not. I think you are just going to fool customer
