    @ViCustomerCare Saw d msg. Thnx. But pls don't say that you guys checked and observed that the charges are in-line with my usage. Cos it is NOT 'Inline'. The system is charging randomly. Pls admit and rectify the mistake rather than passing the onus to the customer and taking a moral high ground

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP One of the worst SIM ever existed in this world truly worst than BSNL Getting full network but so unstable network not able to play Flipkart video so bad in terms of streaming I am in loss now & I recover my loss by converting people from Vi to other operator 😠

    @ViCustomerCare +91 7844963259 that is my number which i requested to port on 11 march it has been 5 days no response from VI and my prev operator airtel cut off the signal., Not able to make calls anymore..when i try televarification using VI it does not ask for code.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, problem is same as i want my old plan. My old bill plan was 199 and in my account has 80 GB data on 9 march. If you reverted it then ok. I don't want 299 plan. Why your executive change my number from corporate to normal. I want my old plan back with my all benefit. Thanks

    @knowledgeloverr @ViCustomerCare Just port out to another company, I'm facing issues for months now with zero help, unfortunately I had postpaid and they are not providing with the port out code as well.
