    @ViCustomerCare The issue is just that my payment is not visible on the Vi App. Just wanted to know does it sometimes take time for it to reflect on the app?? Bcoz payment has been made from my side... usually it is updated instantly.

    @ViCustomerCare No one helping from months !! Do any one of you realise the **** coustomer sufferings? First internet speed was issue Than call dropping and cross connectioning started, Than automatically data off by network Than network bars fluctuating Now all collectively happening !!

    @ViCustomerCare The VI network in our college area (C.K. Pithawalla Institute, Dumas Rd, Gaviyer, Athwalines, Surat – 395007) is very poor. Internet barely works and calls drop constantly. This is affecting many students. Please fix this urgently! #NetworkIssue #Surat #StudentIssue
