Absolutely worst experience at the @ViCustomerCare store.They are adding up new plans without my request. When I go to the store, they tell me to wait there for an hour, and then they tell me that it can't be undone

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the public support msg- i shared my number yest- havent received any call asking about the matter. If this indeed was of such importance to VI, maybe the security lapses wouldn't occur in the first place. Details of customer requests accessible to scammers and frauds!
