    Hi @ViCustomerCare went down to your store again yesterday and they were rude even though they were at fault! I was told my number will activate in another 4 hours and now it’s been over 12 hours and my phone is still not working.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I recharged 699 yesterday with your app, it showed me that it is unsuccessful so I recharged again of the same amount. Now I see that both are activated on my phone and your customer care people tell me that "I should make the most of both at once" WTH!
