    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing network problems with my Vi SIM for the last 2 days. Sometimes there is no signal at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use the internet. In some places, the signal shows full bars, but the mobile data still does not work.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    Very poor experience with @ViCustomerCare Despite sharing all required details including alternate number , my suspended number is still not restored. Facing major issues due to this delay. Need immediate action and proper support.
