@ViCustomerCare How many times I have to explain the issue? I am on international roaming and having issues with getting roaming service which usually connects instantly to T-mobile but after a recharge it started showing connection issues hetting network.

@ViCustomerCare The Vi number I was having is now ported to Airtel but still I get such msgs regarding dues of payment and in those msgs it written like, "to avoid service interruption with your current service provider, clear O/S of Rs 328.25 for old Vi No".(The amount which is already paid).

@ViCustomerCare hi,from yesterday night I didn't get internet& I recharged for 39rs after that also i don't get internet. Now I call customer care they said my outgoing call was stopped due to recharge expiry. What going on? I haven't received a single msg about expiry/recharge
