    Did you guys remove the option in IVR to reach out and talk with customer care? It is pathetic to follow a long IVR wherein no option to talk with customer care. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia come up with some best plans and kick *** VI from India.

    @ViCustomerCare Hai am facing issue that VI Network is not working in UAE the number is +91 -9514721439 so that i didn't get OTP am escalating more than 45 Days but still issue not resolved every customer Support executive promising that we are working on it issue will resolve
