    **** your network @ViCustomerCare ..A big middle finger to ur network 🖕worst ******* network ever no wonder why you lack behind @reliancejio and @airtelindia ..I don't want you ******* free binge give me proper network only that's all...I won't recommend anyone to take VI ever.

    @ViCustomerCare I have 5+ vodafone connection But i have slow data speed issue at my home from all device I think i want to port out to @reliancejio he providing better than you All my no.. going for port out If you care about you customer do something ?

    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Even one of y friend had same problem. They took their sweet time to resolve. Kindly try troubleshooting via Vi app and check whether it says "No active Calling plan". This is a system error even though you have a plan. We had to do a recharge of Rs.10 for emergency Calling

    @ViCustomerCare Are you really jocking??? On every tweet you guy reply the same but in DM you are replying that network is OK while I am having problem to use Data from last more than 1month. @rmstakkar @TRAI

    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS matter but are now sitting it. Note my Mom is a Senior Citizen and has been without phone for more than 15 days. All her medical records, other vital services linked to her number. PS: The customer care contact information & escalation matrix on Vodafone Idea website r wrong.

    @VodafoneGroup Come to India and see how customers are harrassed by @ViCustomerCare executives and the higher ups cover their misdeeds by blaming the customer. If you can try changing this, off course it's a difficult job that I am asking you to do.
