    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir, this problem has been there for ages.I recently bought a Vodafone sim & the data speeds are extremely slow & no resolution yet. Moreover, I've worked in Telecom to know that there isn't any resolution unless taken up at highest authorities which common people can't access.

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is charging double bill. I paid my August bill still charged again in sept. Bill. I have mail regarding this but no response. Its mental harassment. I mentioned in mail also I am in hospital due to covid. Don't trouble me. #stopHarrassment

    @ViCustomerCare Do consider one thing that I won't pay the bill until I got the service or allow to port, don't dare to disconnect my connection due to non payment since u haven't providing service. You can consider it as intimidation if you wish to.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently did a port out from VI. I asked for the bill from your customer executive who called me for pending bill payment.They have not responded yet and bill amount is increasing, please note I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT TILL I GET A BILL. @TRAI
