  @ViCustomerCare subscription and activation records lies with Vi, not the customer. Also, instead of asking me to prove that I did not use the service, please check your own system records and verify whether I actually used Vi Movies & TV or watched any content through this subscription.

  @ViCustomerCare I actually authorized. Complaint Ref: 4-189834810908 I have already obtained my UPC to port this number to Airtel because of this repeated billing experience.

  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I am currently using a Vi Postpaid connection, but due to unexpected and unexplained billing issues, I am planning to switch to Airtel. I was promised a ₹399 monthly plan by Vi, but I am being charged ₹862+ every month.

  @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

  @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 belongs to Vi and is blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly for once and take action instead of repeating the same reply.
