  Hii @ViCustomerCare my home adress in vi sim is bihar but now i am shifted to new delhi for my study i have always keep Open my data roaming on to use internet otherwise i am not able to use internet as it show you are away from your home. So fix this issue

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, The network at Shree Balaji Tower, Lucknow is extremely slow. Internet speed is poor, and despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no permanent resolution. I'm completely frustrated now. Please look into this issue urgently andimprove the network

  @ViCustomerCare Please provide a complete breakup and explanation for these additional charges and clarify why I am being charged ₹862+ when I was promised a ₹399 plan. If this issue is not resolved with a proper explanation, I will have no choice but to port my number to Airtel.

  @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .

  @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new sim online yesterday and paid the price online..for the sim I got a message that my sim will be delivered yesterday only but till now no executive of vi has called..pathetic service..
