  @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

  @ViCustomerCare Its been now more then a week and 3 visit to just get sim activated, but still no solution , now this is my 4th visit at vi store i hope they will fix if now need to get them to consumer @jagograhakjago to get my 26 year old number

  @ViCustomerCare I already tried calling 199, but I could not find a clear option to speak with a customer-care representative regarding an accidental recharge. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating when there is no straightforward way to report such an issue and request a reversal.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.
