  Fed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

  I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

  @ViCustomerCare Is it a rocket science to give RCS support for iphone in India? Why are you not offering it to your customers? I am sure you will roll out RCS support when it becomes redundant.

  My wife's phone number stopped working all of a sudden. No incoming/outgoing calls, data and sms work. @ViCustomerCare - this is probably the worst service experience. Planning to switch to a different provider, doesn't seem to have any value in continuing with Vi

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Ms Sunita U picked up the issue correctly the IR pack is deactivated BT I never asked for the deactivation Kindly get this activated urgently Until you picked up this issue none of the VI agents were able to resolve the matter I spend 3 hours chatting with VI with no result
