  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? This is either pure carelessness or deliberate. +918691859317 belongs to Vi and is used for marketing calls. Read the complaint properly for once.

  @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?
