@ViCustomerCare and there was no bill due, as the porting process took some time and there's a bill generated for that period and now I'm getting calls to pay that bill, which I don't want to pay as I was not happy with the service and made so many complaints but the problem was not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vi . I bought a new sim card last week and I'm unable to log in vi application (it logged me as guest as it shows the no. You enter is not vi number!!) How is this possible! I entered the same !
