@ViCustomerCare From the last week starting from lower level customer service centre in nimach M.P to VI Appealate Indore M.P everyone was consoling us till now they're not able to resume services of no. And no resolution of our complaint is done till now. Good job Vi and hpy bdy😒

@ViCustomerCare It takes ~15 days to get any response from Vi. And that response is to inform you that your complaint has been resolved (miraculously, with nobody calling or doing anything). Is it any wonder so many are de-porting from Vi. I'm next!

@ViCustomerCare can you tell me why is your network behaving like this - whatever I speak is not audible to the other person, signals are intermittent, calling 3-4 times to have a basic wo min chat...too bad I thought it will get resolved but the same is goin on from a week...
