Vodafone changed my monthly plan without consent (!) and is now threatening me to pay the bill otherwise face legal charges. I tried reaching the customer service but no help and moreover I am not even in the country right now. Pathetic #CustomerExperience @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I raised a complaint already and customer care representative called and explained the situation, we are having network outage in my area, but for almost a week. so my concern was how am i suppose to work for a week and what's gonna happen the time period i lost.
