I reported to @ViCustomerCare about unable to receive SMS/Calls against my numbers on roaming by October 2020. After 5 months, I was able to receive SMS messages today & received a read receipt from their customer care. 5 prepaid numbers will be ported as soon I reach India.

@ViCustomerCare I already escalate this issue on dec 2020 but still no further action received. That time also you told for DM complete detail but after DM no response from ur end actually you are selecting DM option so we do not post issues publically. @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank i am not getting OTP codes on my VI mobile network. Confirm with @ViCustomerCare on call and they said it is 3rd party error. Our system is working fine. please tell me what to do as i want to update the Credit card pin and i am helpless
