  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I ported my SIM to Vi about a week ago. Today I found “When unreachable” call forwarding active WITHOUT my permission to an unknown number. I never enabled it. Please investigate and explain this. I will file a cybercrime/police complaint with evidence.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 8681885162. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.

  @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.
