    @ViCustomerCare That's why Jio is taking over network businesses in India. Such third class customer care service at Midnapore town in West Bengal. Iam using vodafone for last twenty years but sorry to say I am thinking of porting to another network service.

    @ViCustomerCare I booked a number online last night and the customer care person came and delivered the same, took all the KYC required, he said number will be active by evening and it has not happened. When we called customer care to help they said to visit stores, please help
