    I manage a corporate account with 20–30 Jio SIMs, and if this is the level of support even after public escalation, I see no reason to continue with Jio. At this point, switching all corporate connections to @ViCustomerCare seems like the only option. (3/4)

    Vi 5G claims aside, the reality in Mumbai is disappointing. Too much lag, frequent internet disconnects and in most places it feels worse than 4G. Network experience is pathetic for a so-called 5G rollout. #Vi5G #Mumbai #vicustomercare
