    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.

    @ViCustomerCare from last 3 years I am facing network issues. I have told the Vi team many times. The network has been down since 11 am today, May 2nd, and it hasn't been back yet. What to do if the SIM is not ported due to this reason?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have raised multiple complaints regarding slow internet speed, but the issue is still not fully resolved. This is a serious network-level problem affecting daily usage. If this continues, I will escalate further. Please provide a permanent solution ASAP
