@ViCustomerCare From last 1 week am always in contact with the customer service executive for my concern of very bad data services provided by u in my location but yesterday they again filed new complaint and said that it would resolve Today till 6:00 PM.

@reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia After having issues with VI connectivity and paying them for 3 months without actually getting any network, the VI have the guts to ask for more money. Porting is not allowed without paying dues and all dues were paid. What more?

Can’t belive that VODAFONE can be such a lowly thief that it activates value added services w/o customer’s consent and deduct balance. I’ve experienced this on all my V! no.’s. On top of that @ViCustomerCare never accept their wrong doing and keeps on arguing #vodafone #sucks

@ViCustomerCare what a worst network u r providing to ur valuable customers. Right now i have made 4 phone calls. All calls has been dropped and in 2 call at the time talking have got voice msg number u have trying to reach is valid and then dropped. @TRAI must take care of this.
