  @ViCustomerCare “we are reviewing the concern.” Either resolve the issue with a proper written explanation and reverse the disputed charge, or clearly tell me that Vi is refusing to resolve it.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many times will you agents call the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 is a Vi number blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly and disconnect it instead of copy-pasting the same reply.

  @ViCustomerCare I actually authorized. Complaint Ref: 4-189834810908 I have already obtained my UPC to port this number to Airtel because of this repeated billing experience.

  @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the details. Since the ₹1,189 plan doesn't include service validity and the insurance doesn't cover devices older than 3 years, I will not be porting to Vi at this moment.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please cancel my prepaid MNP SIM order DCHD14082642934 and issue a full refund. 2 days passed with no delivery and the status is still “Out for Delivery.” Very disappointing service.
