@ViCustomerCare can you make an app on your own that works on your own network?? You have an app called Vi which rarely works on your network and I have full signal and wo called 30 Mbps download speed. You guys must be real incompetent to run your business.

@ViCustomerCare Better resolve your customers issue first ... Worst network coverage so far in the past one year. Don't reduce 4g speeds and make us to fool toove to 5g

I had to port out from @Airtel_Presence because of their network/service issues. Earlier I had moved from @ViCustomerCare to @Airtel_Presence for the same reason. I must say Airtel and Vi both are equally bad operators. Not at all worried about their customer grievances.

@ViCustomerCare yesterday,I's visit VI office Civil lines for replacing my Sim card,but one of there staff person behaviour was rude.They told me we have a network issue, visit any Vi branch, so I visited but they asked me 50Inr for Replacing my Sim card,How can I get new Card ?
