@ViCustomerCare it's very much disgusting to deal with the @ViCustomerCare support team, my complaint is pending from 18 of March, the customer support team is elaborating the complaint when ever I ask for an update they answer me that the complaint will be resolved in 2,5,6 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare - Almost 2 months following up on this issue. You charged me an amount sneakily without any justification and you will refund 1/4th portion of it (again with no sensible calculation). What are you trying to prove? Years long customer and this is the service!

@ViCustomerCare my 83 years old mother did a wrong recharge by mistake. We immediately called customer care but Sh Naresh Kumar refused to change plan. We are ready to bear loss of Rs 1000 but won't stick with such arrogant company. Good bye to 10 years of relationship.

@ViCustomerCare Sir with due respect pls read my tweet. I have already ported out of Vodafone. I was Vodafone postpaid customer for almost 7 years. And was using Vodafone since 2008. But I'm done with it now. Ported out in 2022. Due to poor quality of network in mumbai city
