    I feel @ViCustomerCare only take action when the customer highlight it on social media. @ViCustomerCare my given complaint to customer care for atmost 3 months that my call waiting options is not available on my no. I am disappointed that no one has been bother to make efforts.

    @Airtel_Presence Very poor Internet connection and also in airtel app their is no provision for raising complaints other than fix set of questions.. Is that how you boast of 0 complain target??? @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare
