    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I did a recharge of ₹295 by mistake on 26/07/21. I intended to recharge for a different amount. When I contacted Kerala customer care to refund the amount, They told me that it is not possible and the amount shall be credited to my main account balance of Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't send robotic replies, provide solutions, matter of network issues is being reported since more than a month.

    Finally ported to @reliancejio and been received much better network and services. @ViCustomerCare was pathetic. Poor network and services always a part of Vi. Urge every one to leave Vi and port to other operator.
