The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @TRAI I had make mo. recharge it is done on my family member mobile number on which already service is active I'm requesting to @ViCustomerCare to transfer this service to my other no. but they revert they are unable to do this.
