    @ViCustomerCare It has been over 2hrs since you promised a quick resolution. Still no call or message, while my incorrect bill remains active @ViCustomerCare deactivate the plan and reverse the charges now. I need to pay my bill. It's last due date is tmm. Got delayed bcz of you.

    @ViCustomerCare I asked for a solution .. you only said your problems and NO SOLUTION for a long term loyal customer. I am ASHAMED TO BE AN INDIAN, where companies DONT HAVE SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS .. and employees are So Corrupt that they misguide any customer at any point .. no two employees of a company say one same thing .. SHAME ON ALL INDIAN TELECOM companies ..

During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no
