    @ViCustomerCare Mayur vihar phase I Delhi has a severe network issue of slowest internet speed . It is continuing for last one year but the company has not upgraded it' s infrastructure but cheating customers by charging full amount, knowing the issue. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare worst network . why you people only promoting giganet. what about normal subscribers. I don't think that people are using Giganet, they are doing a normal recharge. First resolve the issue and after that show this kind of advertisements

    VI is the worst mobile service company. Still having active plan validity, main balance, internet balance customer is unable to send sms to anyone. @ViCustomerCare is worst in support. 📌 DO NOT TAKE VI, YOU will REGRET LATER. 🤬

    @ViCustomerCare @CNBC_Awaaz @TRAI Vi is one worst network even to send msg for port need to visit store for past 4 days no network. They cheat, mislead customers.looking at situation Vi will lose huge customers

    @ViCustomerCare Today I called customer care 199 for service related issues. Customer care executive simply replied me to port to other network with proper procedures. Don’t know something fishy with this network. @ViCustomerCare please clarify.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service are pathetic, from last 6 months I faced slow internet issue or call drop issue but till it is not resolved, your customers care always assured that they will update soon but till now they are not able to resolve. So don't claim that u hv fastest network.
