  @ViCustomerCare m using 6 postpaid connection since long but now ur service sucks. DATA SPEED is so pethatic that it's horrible to rely on it once u are out of #jio Home broadband network if this can be improve than fine else I have to look for option #jio #vi

  @ViCustomerCare I am not able to make calls to Toll free 1800 number anymore even though I have balance in my main account. 4G network is not working. I am not getting any proper response from customer support. Why should I stay with Vi?

  @ViCustomerCare I will continue to blast @ViCustomerCare @9085242993S untill my incoming sms issue is not resolved so that I can receive the OTP required to port my god damn number. You think you can cheat people but i am now going to make it my mission to spread awareness about your thievery.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare Why there is a long delay in receiving OTP?More than 5 minutes. For some apps OTP is valid for only 2 to 3 minutes.What's the problem? I have tried 2 different days and same issue both days. Sometime OTP comes after more than 1 hours specially for Paytm login
