Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been having issues with my network for a few days now, from today the network has just disappeared,not able to call or receive calls not able to use mobile internet, this is very inconvenient, I filed a complaint from vi app also.

with no clarity on number retention. losing a long-held number means losing UPI, banking & OTP access. Why is there no remote or international solution in 2026? @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare do you handle this better?

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I already paid ₹600 earlier, yet Vi forced me to pay ₹1855.47 again just to restore my services. I’ve paid ₹2455.47 within 15 days with no solution. 8 Vi postpaid numbers under my name — very poor service. Please look into this.

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I already paid ₹600, yet I was forced to pay ₹1855.47 again just to restore my service. ₹2455.47 paid in only 15 days and still no solution! I have 8 Vi postpaid numbers — after 3 months, I’ll disconnect all. Very disappointed with Vi.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised a request yesterday to reactivate my esim It was mistakenly deleted by me as I was not getting signal in Finland. I have talked to customer care via whatsap but getting standard response that we are looking on this. This is urgent.
